I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were absolutely perfect – extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to every need. The food was top-notch, delicious and satisfying every time. The location is very nice, offering easy access to all the key places in Bursa.
One of the highlights of my stay was that the hotel staff helped me connect with a fantastic local guide – a truly lovable and knowledgeable person who showed me the hidden gems of Bursa that I wouldn’t have discovered on my own.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa. I will definitely be back!
Even though I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, they gave me a smoking room
Employees had to be more careful in the environment where guests were present.
Apart from that, a little more variety could have been added to the breakfast, we found the variety to be a bit lacking compared to other Ramada hotels.
