Overall, the hotel is calm and family-friendly, but at the same time it offers amazing animation and activities that make every day exciting. The animation team is truly wonderful – always friendly, energetic, and motivating.
I especially loved the morning yoga with Fatma, archery and golf with Mehmed, and we had fun at the water gym with Beste and Metehan! The Zumba with Beste, which we joined every single day, was one of the highlights – super fun and refreshing.
The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and high quality, so every meal felt like a treat.
It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both relaxation and entertainment in a beautiful setting!

Never returned to a hotel before but happily stay here again
- when we first arrived our bed sheets felt very rough & sore on our skin
- we requested 2 smaller pillows & received 1 on the third ask
- a clump of hair was found in the shower when we arrived
- we requested a mattress topper as our bed was very hard. We did not receive one on our bed, despite being told there was one.
- we waited for 30 minutes in Quentine at Lunch time & our order was not taken. We had to ask for our own menu
- When the Pasta arrived it was cold & the meat on the burger was pink
- we were asked if we wanted mayonnaise & we said yes, then we were told there was none.
- the service at dinner time was also very slow
- We went to the buffet instead & picked up 3 dirty plates before a clean one
- we’ve had to wipe down seat covers on chairs each time we have gone to the restaurant as they are dirty.
- the Prosecco & champagne are both very flat without fizz
This hotel is no longer a 5 star hotel. We paid a lot of money to come here & are very disappointed so far.
Stayed here for 7 days and it was the best holiday. Lots of activities for all different ages, the entertainment team were amazing. Plenty of food options, drinks and desserts. Quick service from the waitresses and barman’s at all times of the day. Zeynep from the buffet restaurant was amazing, she took care of us most of the nights, remembered our drink order, she was always polite and smiling which was really nice. Also, super super clean rooms.
One thing I recommend looking into, is the pool bar. Most of the times we found that it was extremely full and busy of kids, so most of the time we were unable to get a drink from there. I believe that area should be an adults only pool.
Would definitely visit again! ⭐️
