Arcanus Hotels Sorgun - Ultra All Inclusive in Side

The holiday started amazingly, the porter was very friendly and took our suitcases to the room, the lobby bar staff friendly and welcoming. The private beach was beautiful and loved laying in the glorious sunshine and enjoying the all inclusive cocktails and frozen daiquiris from the passion cocktail bar. The private pier was also beautiful and plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy a coffee or a wine from the pier bar. The Entertainment staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman coming round selling the spa services was great and the best part of staying at the hotel. I had a Turkish bath and two full body massages while staying and it was worth every penny, the ladies were amazing and professional, I felt so relaxed. We had reservations at the far east A'La Carte and the Italian A'La Carte at the the end of our holiday which were beautiful 5 course meals, the staff were amazing both nights and the food was delicious. We paid for a sea view and was situated right at the side and towards the back of our hotel which was right next to the neighbouring hotel that played very loud music which was not a problem as we were on holiday. We just was hoping for a better view of the sea as we paid extra so we was slightly disappointed. The cleaning staff were fabulous and cleaned the room everyday and folded my PJs into cute love heart shapes which was a really special touch, the cleaner also went out of her way to speak to us every morning and was very friendly which made the holiday special, I was so happy with our cleaner I left her a tip. The lovely gentleman that restocked our mini bar every day was aslo very nice and friendly and all the beautiful cats was the very best part of the experience. From stroking one in the lobby bar to lying in the sun with one, it was amazing, especially because I was missing my cat so much. Then unfortunately my holiday got ruined and thats why its not possible to leave a 5 star review. If this incident had not of happened it would of most certainly would of been⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ or even more. On the Friday night the 7th of November around 10.30 pm me and my partner was having an early night, I was reading my book and my partner was watching videos on his phone. I then got a telephone call to the room and answered the phone in a very pleasant manner to be spoken to very abruptly in an very rude patronising tone of voice from the women telling us we were making too much noise. I was so shocked I quickly said "I beg your pardon" I tried explaining she must have the wrong room and she shouted back at me horribly and said my room number. I tried to explain to the rude woman that we were in fact having an early night and we was not making any noise I was abruptly cut off and talked to like a peice of rubbish and was told I was making noise and to be considerate of my neighbours, before I could clear up the mistake she slammed the phone down on me.
