An exceptional hotel made even more memorable by the genuinely warm and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality stood out—they kindly offered us an upgrade to the honeymoon suite and arranged an early check-in at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond to make everything seamless, from organising our hot air balloon experience to recommending fantastic local food spots that we absolutely loved. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly elevated our trip.
And a special mention has to go to the hotel’s adorable dog, Mr Pickles, who adds such a charming and unique touch to the whole experience—he quickly became a highlight of our stay!
Highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and unforgettable stay.

We drove to the hotel, and the traffic was quite convenient. The hotel entrance is a one-way street. It's not far from the attractions in Goreme town, and there's parking available at the entrance. The butler helped us with our luggage, and even though we couldn't understand some conversations, the hotel staff had a translator device to explain things. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. The courtyard view was lovely. We had two quiet and beautiful nights.

An incredibly satisfying experience! We arrived in Göreme in the morning, battling the wind and snow with our luggage to find the hotel. The staff member was so nice; he let us drop off our bags and warm up, and even invited us to have a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. They let us check in around 10 AM once the room was ready, which was just so thoughtful. The room itself was great too, with comfortable floor heating, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I'd lost my last travel adapter on the way, and the same staff member even helped me find a spare – highly recommend this place! 🌹

great area to stay in, with pick up for all tours. reception was helpful and good. rooms are caves so they are not very sound proof which means you can hear outside noises at any random timing.

Clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very polite. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel's front desk and go out to explore without worry. Then come back in the evening to catch a ride to the airport.

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
