At first glance, the hotel seemed decent (particularly the lobby and the area around it), but then they checked us into a room and here's the most interesting thing: there's a hole in the area of the door handle of the front door to the room, as if someone tried to rip the handle out; throughout the entire room, except for the shower and toilet, there's a carpet with stains everywhere (from wine, maybe from something else); there are no blankets, only a light throw for one person (there were two of us) and a bedspread to make the bed (when we asked for a blanket, they brought us a throw, and thank you for that); the shower door is very strange, as if someone tried to break it down, but closing it without any effort without breaking it was difficult; there's a film on the floor (I only washed myself in slippers), the toilet was dirty inside (I simply took a toilet brush and cleaned it without any detergents, and it got cleaner, so it felt like I hadn't cleaned it at all); We opened the cabinet in the mirrored desk and found a huge hole, as if the cabinet's wall had been broken or punched through. No one had cleaned under the bed, either; there was a smoked cigarette and some other trash there. Our room was standard, but does standard really mean filth and disrepair? A cleaner comes every day, takes out the trash and makes the bed, and she might even neatly organize your things. That's all, as far as we could tell.
There's a coffee machine in the lobby, but the staff claims it's not working. The same goes for the coffee maker, also in the lobby. You can only drink coffee from a machine that dispenses something other than coffee. If you just choose "Coffee," you'll get coffee-colored water. The food is okay, but repetitive. Fruit choices include oranges, apples, watermelon, and tasteless cantaloupe. Occasionally, they make waffles or flatbreads after lunch.
The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for all the negatives. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, but if you want it in your room and throughout the hotel grounds, it costs $2 per device per day. Even then, it keeps stopping working, but the receptionist shrugs and offers a refund.
We also had a strange situation: for the last couple of days, the landline phone in our room kept ringing. At 4 AM!!! After the second time, I told the receptionist, she apologized and said she'd send someone to check. Later, a man came and simply pulled the cord out of the phone.
There's a German Shepherd on the hotel grounds; she's kept on a chain. She probably has mastitis and fleas. I feel incredibly sorry for the dog; it's unclear why she's there, especially in such a state. We saw her being let out for a walk, but I don't know about her care.
The pool is very cold, the bar is open until 10:30 PM, and serves wine, beer, gin, vodka, and sodas like Fanta and Pepsi.
It's very close to the sea, so it's convenient.
Overall, we wouldn't come back here. And 4 stars for this hotel is a lot.

This is not a 4-star hotel, but a cheap hostel. The hotel rooms are in terrible condition, smelling damp and musty. There's no restaurant – it's more like a factory canteen with no private space. The food is awful: it was spoiled and stank. The same meager menu every day. The only drinks at the pool bar are cheap Coke and Fanta.

There's no bar on the beach. There's a small refrigerator from which vacationers have to get Coke and Fanta from three-liter plastic bottles, served in paper cups. There was no toilet on the beach!

The hotel beach is in terrible condition. There's dirt, cigarette butts, and empty plastic bottles everywhere, and nobody cleans them up. There aren't any beach umbrellas like in the hotel photos, just old, ugly, and leaky sunshades.

It was 46 degrees Celsius outside, and the air conditioning in the lobby and dining room wasn't working. Minimal ventilation.

The hotel manager himself said they turn the air conditioning off completely at 6:00 PM. It felt like a sauna. The spa is just a smelly, old basement with a single lightbulb for the entire room.

Someone vomited near the pool, and this foul-smelling mess lay there all night until 9:00 AM the next morning. Throughout our entire stay, the hotel's small pool was open 24/7 and was never cleaned.

It was the worst hotel and the worst vacation of my life.

We stayed from June 16th to June 27th. We arrived at 5:30 AM. Aysha at the reception desk had just woken up, looking sleepy. Nevertheless, they attached bracelets to us and sent us to breakfast, which remained the same throughout our entire stay. After breakfast, of course, we, like other guests who arrived that day, weren't checked into our rooms; we had to wait until 2:00 PM. The coffee machine in the lobby is something else entirely, in a bad way; you could only make coffee there once a week, and that's if it didn't start smoking. The restroom in the lobby resembles some kind of utility room; the restroom by the pool is in better condition. Of course, the half-day we spent in the lobby allowed us to get a good look at everything. The lampshades on the lanterns, floor lamps, and so on are missing, and the light bulb itself didn't even work once during our entire stay. The chair rails are black, I understand everything, the rooms are fine, but the reception area is the first thing people see when they check into the hotel... The Wi-Fi in the lobby is so-so, but it's paid in the rooms; it could be better. Later, Aysha finally asked us if we should have a room with two beds or one, and we chose a king-size bed. After 20 minutes, we were finally checked in. My first impression was shocking. The room was filled with smoke, and it reeked so badly that we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The handle was missing, it was torn off. It later turned out that most people slept like that, and the reason was either a faulty air conditioner or one that wasn't working properly. In our room (115), when the air conditioner was on, it felt like a helicopter was taking off right next to you; the sound was the same... Also, the lampshades by the bed and above the mirror were missing, only a lamp that shone every other day. I have no idea why... The carpet in the room was stained with numerous coffee stains and other unknown substances. Our sink was cracked, making using the shower a quest to "choose the right mode." The modes are very strange: if you have a shower head, water starts shooting out of some unknown holes, either from the top or the bottom. When you finally turn it off, you'll have either cold or hot water, but the pressure is, to put it mildly, weak. The only plus of the room is the mountain view. The beach, overall, is not bad; the entrance is small pebbles; it's better to take coral shoes with you, no matter which hotel you go to; any hotel with a rocky entrance. The sun loungers are okay; they don't provide umbrellas, but there are canopies with four sun loungers under them, and you can slide them forward or back depending on the time of day. There are no mattresses for the sun loungers. The hotel provides towels for a $10 deposit per person, and they change them every three days. Most people, including us, brought their own towels. The pool is usually uncrowded during the day and at lunchtime, perhaps due to the lack of entertainment. It only started on the last few days of our stay, and even then, it's hard to call it "entertainment." Yoga, aqua gymnastics, and a mini-disco—all of it lasted an hour. Around 11 a.m., they turned on the slide, but it only lasted for a very short time, maybe 20 minutes. Around that time, they served pancakes with potatoes and salted cheese; one day they had spinach, which was given four lives. At 5 p.m., I think they served waffles, and at 6 p.m., ice cream. Overall, about the food. It's practically identical, with zero variety, especially at breakfast. There were always three kinds of eggs for breakfast: boiled, fried, and bread in egg batter. There was also buckwheat, beans in tomato paste, and always (three times a day) rice. Lunch was usually chicken legs, sometimes nuggets or fish or turkey cutlets, depending on what meat they'd served for dinner the previous day. As you can imagine, everything here had a second, third, or even fourth life. The soup was pea for four days, then milk (the milk they gave in bottles for breakfast before the snacks had gone sour, so they made this soup from it). Dinner was whole fish, turkey, and chicken; whatever wasn't eaten was for lunch the next day. Watermelon was the fruit of choice, and they gave us oranges and cantaloupe for two days.
Previous guests warned us that the elevator gets stuck if you go late at night, meaning you'll have to knock to get out. The majority of the guests are Russian. The hotel survives on them. During our entire stay, we didn't see a single foreigner.
