Bora Bora Butik Hotel in Alanya

really regret booking a stay at Bora Bora Butik Hotel in Alanya. This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The food was absolutely disgusting – cold, tasteless, and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. We couldn’t eat anything without feeling nauseous and had to eat out every day, which totally defeated the purpose of having meals included.

The rooms were filthy. When we arrived, the floor was dirty, the bathroom smelled horrible, and the sheets had visible stains. Towels weren’t replaced, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable.

The worst part was the behavior of the staff. The man at the reception was aggressive and completely unprofessional. He raised his hand at a 16-year-old girl and called her “idiot” and “stupid” – it was shocking and completely unacceptable. I’ve never witnessed behavior like this in any hotel. It was honestly scary.

On top of that, the staff in general were rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed whenever you asked for anything. There was no sense of hospitality at all. The hotel looks nothing like the photos – the pool is tiny, the furniture is old and worn out, and a lot of the facilities they advertise don’t even work.

This hotel was a huge disappointment and completely ruined part of our trip. I would never recommend it to anyone – do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This hotel is not what it says! The food is so so bad (I got food poisoning which ruined the last 2 days of my holiday). There is no entertainment (3 nights they did kids disco for no longer than 15 minutes, a maximumof 3-4 songs). There is no day time entertainment around the pool. The drinks are rubbish, only watered down vodka, gin, larger and soft drinks. All cocktails had to be paid but I wouldn't bother as they are not very well made (very basic). I came across several cockroaches littered around the hotel, although the rooms were clean. On a plus the staff around the bar are very good. Unfortunately that's where it ends. The reps charge you twice as much for excursions. I will NEVER return to this hotel!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in, food was terrible not even a toaster, was always cold and a very poor selection as well as drinks. This hotel is not inclusive, the music around the pool is the same all day every day no entertainment . There’s a very busy main road near to beach and hotel where you can’t even her yourself think .Room was disgusting under sink in the bedroom was full of hair, dust and a dirty towel. The shower was broken and the toilet bowl was yellow . So many cats around the hotel where there was a strong smell of cat uterine please don’t go here
