Staff were not great unfriendly and creepy at times could be very rude Food was just awful terrible options had to eat out most days lunch and dinner when we paid for all inclusive Most drinks not included in the all inclusive Snack bar only open for 2 hours and had the best food so we had to eat as much as we could in a couple of days as we knew we weren’t going to enjoy the food in the restaurant Mainly had to eat the bread and chicken nuggets was not worth the money at all Room was horrible and bathroom was dirty in some area In a good location however as it was very close to the beach and the hotel included a private beach but you could only have snacks and drinks for an hour every few hours when it was really hot (only soft drinks) ended up having to get drinks in a nearby restaurant where the staff were amazing we went there every day they had a pool behind the restaurant that we could use for free and a private beach where they bought cocktails over to the sun loungers

--Room-- Mixed experience. We got a clean room at the side of the food hall. Other side offered (Pool bar side) but room was old and discussing. --Food-- The food is mainly cheese and old food from the night before. Be great if you like pasta and Salad. Hot plates have around 8 dishes, spaghetti bolognaise, cold chips and some weird stuff. All cold and stale. We ate out every day. (Mcdonalds 5 mins away, Sunflower on the beach 5*). Patisserie serving? closed all time we was there. Outdoor pool bar serves warm food around 12-3pm. Breads and Pasta. Not great. --Drinks-- Efes (Lager), vodka, local spirits included. No imports like whisky, gin for all inc. fresh squeezed juice not included but do have normal juice. Coffee machine. --Facilities-- 3 nice outdoor pools. One with a nice outdoor bar (This closed on our 3rd day due to end of season). Indoor pool closed. Indoor bar in lounge. Massage lounge which we didn't use so cant comment. --Beach-- Beach is a little small but long and beautiful. Amazing water and very easy to paddle/swim with no stones to enter. Its clean everywhere and crystal clear waters. --Staff-- Staff are OK.. Cleaners are the best. Friendly and persistent (every day with hearts on the bed). --Local-- Lots of local shops just out the hotel. Loads of restaurants to eat and plenty of activity booking. 10 mins away is the McDonalds, BK and a couple of great outlets. Close to the old town and the theatre just a walk down the beach walk. It does have a GREAT location. --Overall-- This was a really cheap holiday end of Nov to Dec (£300pp inc flights). Value showed. Main disappointment is the food. Treat this hotel as NOT an All-Inc and just a room! And pray you get the side above the food hall.

Hotel itself is very basic nice staff clean hotel in general. came with a big family group good location close to shops etc but have to pay for cocktails in the hotel not included and food selection is very little doesn’t cater for all people only certain days for ice cream which i thinks bad never been to a hotel that does only 3 days a week definitely not a 4 star been to better 3 star hotels food is cold most of the time chicken we have had is raw and complained nothing done about it , serves tea time food from night before for breakfast and for snacks during the day no day time entertainment or animators rooms are very small Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel may aswell pay that tiny bit extra to get the normal benefits from a all inclusive

When I wipe it with anti-bacterial gel, it was colored. - If you do not have towel for beach and pool, you need to pay for it. - All cocktails are paid. - There is no free internet at rooms and pool. You need to pay. - Overall staff is okay, but one of the receptionist was not cool. Even he try to put us another hotel (if i wanted to stay somewhere else, i would!) - When hotel is full, the restaurant is become inadequate - After 23:00 the drinks are to be paid - White and red wine is not good at all. The same goes for beer. - There is spa option but in my opinion was expensive.

We came to the hotel for a week and we needed our room to be changed imitatedly after we saw it. It was so small and overall impression wasn't good neither. After we got our room changed it got a little bit better but it was also so used and i dont even want to talk about the bathroom. What seems to me like a rat move is that you have to pay for a wifi in your rooms 3€ for a day. Another thing is that there is almost no english speaking personal. They are mixing english and german language and it's quite difficult to communicate. BUT the food is good, hotel is overall clean, personal is friendly, good location, hotel has its own beach, outside bar is nice, daily evening events, pools are clean. Overall okay, but not again.

We had a lovely week! It’s not a 4 star I’d say it’s a 3.5 star there’s only 4 all inclusive drinks! But overall it’s lovely ☺️ the hotel was full of Germans but they’re was no issues plenty of choices of food and u can eat outside aswell there plenty of sun beds!

Not a 4 star hotel. Yes it’s in a perfect position but the hotel is very very noisy especially in the evenings. Not just the entertainment but other guests are very loud. Constant banging about. The cleaning staff are especially noisy in the mornings and they seemed to gather for a loud chat right outside our door every morning. The food was awful, we came fully inclusive and only ate in the hotel 5 times before we couldn’t stand the food anymore. Especially broccoli cooked till it was brown for breakfast! The beds are like sleeping on a slap of concrete, the pillows are lumpy. Room was not that clean and not well maintained. In a family room and only 5 hangers in wardrobe and no drawers. Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. Air conditioning did not work. Side is beautiful and the restaurants along the beach are amazing.

Hotel was brilliant, rooms cleaned daily and the food was lovely , the staff were very accommodating and helpful . We were septical about the mixed reviews at first but I'm glad I didn't listen as it was completely wrong and we had a great time , even the locals were lovely and plenty of shops . Beach was literally down the road . We will definitely be staying here again in the near future . Thankyou sun beach for making us feel very welcome 😍

The hotel is great, only don't have a wardrobe but is not a problem.. Wifi is OK in the lobby... Thanks for the great time and service.. Love the pancake in the pool 🥞❤️❤️❤️

Our Visit to the Sun Beach Park in Side was perfect. I can recommend it for everyone who wants a nice Vacation in Side. The Buffet in the Restaurant was great i got no problems or any case of poisoning or anything like that, you can enjoy every meal there. The Beach is in the near of the Hotel, just 3-5 Minutes away but its okay to take a little walk. You can also just chill on the Pool and enjoy cold drinks or you smoke a Hookah prepared by Toprak, nice guy you can ever talk to him, go for it and support this dude! :D special thanks for Mehmet he is in a good mood in any time dont matter when, he try to animate everyone for playing waterball or he organizes nice programs in the evening but you can just go to him and wish some songs. Maybe we will see another time, maybe in Side or if you are in Dortmund City! But thanks for any Guy there everyone was nice, it was like a familiar environment. If i stay in Side i would choose Sun Beach Park again.
