Sun Beach Park Hotel in Side

Staff were not great unfriendly and creepy at times could be very rude Food was just awful terrible options had to eat out most days lunch and dinner when we paid for all inclusive Most drinks not included in the all inclusive Snack bar only open for 2 hours and had the best food so we had to eat as much as we could in a couple of days as we knew we weren’t going to enjoy the food in the restaurant Mainly had to eat the bread and chicken nuggets was not worth the money at all Room was horrible and bathroom was dirty in some area In a good location however as it was very close to the beach and the hotel included a private beach but you could only have snacks and drinks for an hour every few hours when it was really hot (only soft drinks) ended up having to get drinks in a nearby restaurant where the staff were amazing we went there every day they had a pool behind the restaurant that we could use for free and a private beach where they bought cocktails over to the sun loungers

--Room-- Mixed experience. We got a clean room at the side of the food hall. Other side offered (Pool bar side) but room was old and discussing. --Food-- The food is mainly cheese and old food from the night before. Be great if you like pasta and Salad. Hot plates have around 8 dishes, spaghetti bolognaise, cold chips and some weird stuff. All cold and stale. We ate out every day. (Mcdonalds 5 mins away, Sunflower on the beach 5*). Patisserie serving? closed all time we was there. Outdoor pool bar serves warm food around 12-3pm. Breads and Pasta. Not great. --Drinks-- Efes (Lager), vodka, local spirits included. No imports like whisky, gin for all inc. fresh squeezed juice not included but do have normal juice. Coffee machine. --Facilities-- 3 nice outdoor pools. One with a nice outdoor bar (This closed on our 3rd day due to end of season). Indoor pool closed. Indoor bar in lounge. Massage lounge which we didn't use so cant comment. --Beach-- Beach is a little small but long and beautiful. Amazing water and very easy to paddle/swim with no stones to enter. Its clean everywhere and crystal clear waters. --Staff-- Staff are OK.. Cleaners are the best. Friendly and persistent (every day with hearts on the bed). --Local-- Lots of local shops just out the hotel. Loads of restaurants to eat and plenty of activity booking. 10 mins away is the McDonalds, BK and a couple of great outlets. Close to the old town and the theatre just a walk down the beach walk. It does have a GREAT location. --Overall-- This was a really cheap holiday end of Nov to Dec (£300pp inc flights). Value showed. Main disappointment is the food. Treat this hotel as NOT an All-Inc and just a room! And pray you get the side above the food hall.

Hotel itself is very basic nice staff clean hotel in general. came with a big family group good location close to shops etc but have to pay for cocktails in the hotel not included and food selection is very little doesn’t cater for all people only certain days for ice cream which i thinks bad never been to a hotel that does only 3 days a week definitely not a 4 star been to better 3 star hotels food is cold most of the time chicken we have had is raw and complained nothing done about it , serves tea time food from night before for breakfast and for snacks during the day no day time entertainment or animators rooms are very small Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel may aswell pay that tiny bit extra to get the normal benefits from a all inclusive

Not a 4 star hotel. Yes it’s in a perfect position but the hotel is very very noisy especially in the evenings. Not just the entertainment but other guests are very loud. Constant banging about. The cleaning staff are especially noisy in the mornings and they seemed to gather for a loud chat right outside our door every morning. The food was awful, we came fully inclusive and only ate in the hotel 5 times before we couldn’t stand the food anymore. Especially broccoli cooked till it was brown for breakfast! The beds are like sleeping on a slap of concrete, the pillows are lumpy. Room was not that clean and not well maintained. In a family room and only 5 hangers in wardrobe and no drawers. Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. Air conditioning did not work. Side is beautiful and the restaurants along the beach are amazing.
