Reviews
Let’s start with the positives: the service and staff in the restaurant and bar were very pleasant and friendly. The food was tasty and fresh, even though the selection was not very large. The only thing missing for me was seafood. The location was very convenient — you could see the sea from the balcony, the beach was only 5 minutes away, and there was a Migros supermarket nearby.
The hotel spa was also great — the massage was absolutely amazing, and it was clear that the massage therapist was a real professional.
The room itself was generally clean and had everything necessary, but there were some downsides.
Wi-Fi was only available for an extra charge. It would be much better if it were included in the room price. There was no blanket prepared in the room when I arrived. I got one at the reception, but without a duvet cover, and I was promised one the next day. I asked about it at the reception around five times, but only received it after speaking directly to the housekeeping staff.
During my entire two-week stay, the bed linen was never changed. Water from the shower would overflow onto the bathroom floor, and there was no bath mat until I asked the housekeeping staff for one.
Overall, the room service and housekeeping could definitely be improved.
The hotel is in a very convenient location on the Cleopatra side of Alanya — the beach, cafés, and shops are all nearby. The area itself is lively and great for evening walks.
This is not a luxury hotel, but for an economical holiday it is honestly a good option, especially if you value human warmth and atmosphere more than just polished luxury.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the staff. The people are friendly, warm, and helpful, and you can genuinely feel that they want to help. Over time we even became friendly with some of them. Not everyone speaks English, so sometimes we had to use a translator, but even then they always tried their best to understand and assist.
And probably the most important thing — there was a strong sense of mutual human respect here. When you treat the staff kindly and respectfully instead of looking down on them, you receive the same warmth and care in return. Because of that, the atmosphere felt much more welcoming than in some large, formal hotels.
The inner courtyard by the pool is very cozy. There is a lot of greenery — papaya, lemon trees, olive trees, mint, basil, and other plants growing there. It creates a much nicer atmosphere than many city hotels where you often see only tiles and sunbeds.
By the way, the sunbeds were recently replaced, and the whole pool area now looks much more aesthetic and comfortable.
The bar area is also enjoyable — a friendly bartender, reasonable prices, good evening atmosphere, music, and people socializing. You feel welcomed there, not just like “another room number.”
The food is quite simple and more focused on Turkish-style home cooking and filling everyday meals. There was enough variety — fish, chicken, beef, vegetables, and warm dishes. Freshly prepared food was usually tasty.
Personally, we tried to choose dishes that looked freshly prepared rather than mixed or reused from previous servings, and in that case we were satisfied with the food.
What we especially appreciated was that the staff listened to guests’ feedback. For example, after mentioning that it would be nice to have more fresh greens or warmer breakfast dishes, these things appeared the next day. It felt like the kitchen actually cared about feedback and tried to improve where possible.
The desserts personally did not impress us very much, but of course that is a matter of taste.
Naturally, this is not high-end restaurant presentation or gourmet cuisine, but for an economical holiday the food is absolutely acceptable and definitely not the worst option.
We heard mixed opinions about the all-inclusive alcohol — some guests did not like it, but the drinks ordered separately at the bar were tasty.
The rooms are simple and standard. Suitable for sleeping, showering, and relaxing after a day in the city or at the beach. There are a few technical downsides — for example, the shower has only one glass partition, so water splashes quite heavily onto the bathroom floor. Towels were also not always replaced on time, even when left on the floor according to the hotel rules.
However, toiletries were regularly replenished — shampoo and conditioner were often restocked even without asking.
Overall, the feeling we were left with is that the hotel is genuinely trying. Yes, there are small shortcomings, and in some places you can see that this is not a new premium-level hotel, but the atmosphere, staff, and location compensate for many things.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeping and towel replacement were done every day, which was a big plus.
We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and were generally satisfied with the food -- we were never hungry and there was always something to choose from. The only small downside was that the selection of fruits and desserts was not very large. Usually there were around 5-7 types of cakes during lunch and dinner, but a bit more variety would have been nice.
The location of the hotel is very good -- the beach is only 2 minutes away. The sea and the entrance to the water were great, with a comfortable sandy bottom and no unpleasant rocks.
There is also a bar-club at the hotel with a great atmosphere. The hookahs were excellent, and special thanks to the wonderful bartender -- it was always priyatno spending evenings there ?
We would also sincerely like to thank the hotel for the early check-in. We arrived around 8:00 in the morning and were already in our room by 8:30, which was amazing after a long trip.
Another thing we liked was that there are many shops, cafes, and places to walk nearby. Overall, this hotel is a very good option for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would gladly come back again ?
