However, it was a bit cold; the heating was very strong, I don't know why.
Because of these conditions, I could not stay here and had to book another hotel at my own expense. Even though I checked out immediately, Booking.com (through a partner company) made it very difficult to get a refund.
This was a complete waste of money and a very stressful experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Be very careful before booking here.
A special mention to Caner and his entire team – incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
If you’re visiting Istanbul, you can book the Grand Yunal Hotel with your eyes closed – you won’t regret it!
