Hotel Alessia Hotel & Spa in Side

Spent 2 weeks at the Alessia Hotel&Spa and would deffo recommend. Great location,about a 7 min walk to the private beach. If you walk through the bazar opposite the hotel you come out on the main road with shops,bars and restaurants. We had a few issues the first day, no beach towels available as they had run out but all issues were promptly dealt with by Kadir the Ops manager. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Cem (head Chef) what an absolutely genuinely lovely man,hes a total credit to the hotel and we aim to keep intouch with him. You may have issues getting a sun bed on the beach on a morning but if you head down there between 1pm and 3pm you will get a bed no problem Mustaffa who looks after things on the beach is a great guy. You can free get water and coffee on the beach. The rooms are lovely, very modern,mini bar where your water is topped up every day plus a large bottle for your kettle. Tea coffee sugar and creamer available in your room. Towels and bedding changed regularly and cleaners do a great job. Theres hair/body wash available in the shower. Good selection of drinks available at the bar between 10am and midnight. You certainly wont starve where the food is concerned. Cem and his team do a fantastic job at meal times with plenty of options and variety. Theres also a lovely lady who not only does fantastic omlettes for breakfast,she also does traditional savoury pancakes on an afternoon. If you miss lunch then you can grab a burger chips or chicken nuggets between 4pm and 5pm If this hotel lacks in anything its probably the atmosphere on an evening. They do put on some entertainment on certain evenings but it can get alittle boring. Overall its fantastic value for money and we would stay here again. The old town/marina is a short car ride away or a 40 min walk down the promenade and is stunning. If you get chance to visit the hotels spa then do so we had a lovely turkish bath massage,facial,salt room sauna etc for only €35pp. Everything in the resort is priced up in euros but you can also pay in TL. The Mangavet waterfall is also worth a visit.

Our holiday at the Allesia and Spa Hotel was special in every way. From the beginning, we felt welcome, especially thanks to the receptionist Mustafa, who was always willing to help and handle everything we needed with a smile. The food at the hotel was excellent. Chef Cem prepared every meal with great care and flavor and he was always very friendly. The food manager Kedir ensured perfect organization and smooth operation of the restaurant. I would like to mention the waiter Mehmet, who was absolutely the best, attentive, quick, and always cheerful, which made every meal even more enjoyable. I'd like to mention mama gozleme and her tastefull traditional Turkish food. The hygiene in the hotel and in the kitchen was at a very high level. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. At the end we were extremely satisfied with our stay and we will surely return. I can highly recommend the Allesia and Spa Hotel to anyone looking for quality service, a friendly staff, and a relaxing experience. Marko with family.

Great vacation. Highly satisfied with everything and we are considering going again next year. Great room with a great view, cleanliness ,new towels every day, the food was great and the food selection too , the staff was very friendly and the chef was also great.

We have been in Alessia hotel and spa for 8 days and we are very satisfied, rooms are really nice and clear, in rooms u can find minibar which is loaded daily, u are going to get a nice comfy shoes and room cleaning every day, in every room is coffee and tea. The personal is very quick, skilled and well mannered, everyone is always smiling and taking care of you. Food is delicious and chefs are very friendly and know how to do their job, especially chef Cem, who is cooking very tasty and behaves very pleasantly. Personal on the reception is very helpful and friendly as well. The beach is clear sometimes there are rocks but it's not that bad, you can find there water and coffee gratis + there is enough space on sunbeds. Surroundings are very nice and u can find there Antic Side with Apollo's temple or many markets where u can buy clothes for cheap. Speciality here is guzelme which is made by lady outside and is very tasty also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for holidays, I'm sure we will come back next year as well. We have spent 10 days here and the hotel is lovely. The food is good. Breakfast with freshly cooked omlettes and Pancakes and the best eggy toast for amongst everything else. Lunch salads are amazing and there is grilled meat or fish daily. The staff are amazing and work so very hard , cleaners, barstaff, waiters, chefs entertainment . To be very honest they make the experience more enjoyable, so for that Alessia you should be very proud. Nothing Is too much trouble for any of them . Cem, Yaya and his team truly feel like family already For those with kids, icecream , pancakes are delicious and served daily. The private beach is only a walk away, there is a subway to get over the main busy road which is good as the zebra crossing seems to be there for decoration only🤣. I cannot fault this family run hotel enough and it will not be the last time I come here 🥰. It's a true little gem so thank you Alessia for a lovely stay.

I visited hamam and spa in this hotel twice. Hamam is good. I'd like to tell thanks a lot to massage master Murat! It's a great specialist and a very professional person.I would recommend this spa ,hamam and a massage. This company has a transfer from and to the hotel.
