In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite. Perhaps the only thing I would criticize would be the desserts. The quality and taste of cakes and desserts could be improved.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb. We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. We’ve been to Turkey many times but this was the best dinner we have ever had in Turkey. 10 out of 5 stars for us, when we come back to Sunis we will definitely go and have dinner at the Aztek Mexicano. A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate. Nice, clean rooms. Lot of palms and trees. Clean pools. Good food. Very low hygienic standards in the restaurants (tables, cutlery, vending machines..) Extremly stinky pool bar with terrible drinks. Some employes provided 5 star service, some were extremly de-motivated. Big plus for solving a problem with a forgetten luggage during check out. But definitely not a 5-star hotel.
