Me and my partner visited Side and decided to go via TUI to the Paloma Perissia hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and hospitality of the staff and well as the variety of the food and drinks. Going for an All Inclusive experience is a must, and will be definitely worth the price! We really enjoyed the night activities and the quality of the food at the main restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and had a great time. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were lots of entertainment and activities throughout the day. The room was clean and the minibar was stocked each day. Nurcan was extremely helpful and was the life of the party in the evening.

I stayed here with my family for 15 days. I found it to be a beautiful hotel with lots of nature, a good sized pool, and a great entertainment team. The rooms are also spotless. Everything was well organized! The food is delicious, with different dishes every day. All in all, a good hotel!

I do not recommend it to parents with children! The animators (as well as most of the staff) do not understand simple sentences in English/German. In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish. Hotel is worth its money, we enjoyed our stay. Room is cleaned every day. Food is good, a plenty of choice. Seafood is rare though. So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. This was a good hotel.  However, it wasn't perfect. Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room.  I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for. They had to put two camp beds into it to provide sufficient beds for us to sleep in. As it was 1am and the kids were tired, we just went with it...

Special mention to the staff - 10/10 hospitality!! They all deserve a payrise and would work like hell to make sure every guest had everything they needed exactly when they needed it. Hotel is really nice, so nice that we didn’t leave on our 7day trip. Great food choice and quality, great staff that were really friendly. We have a baby and the high chairs throughout the hotel restaurant offering came with a bib, spoon, wet wipes and mat.. never seen that before, so helpful!!
