We stayed for a night and got the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed even though we had booked only a double room. The room was spacious but on the 1st floor. The receptionist helped us to bring the luggage to the room while checking at late night. The room condition was above average and the shower/toilet were also good. We also liked the service from the receptionist who helped us with information and also provided hot water for drinking during our hot stay. Overall, we liked the stay here and would come back here without a second thought in future if need be.

The room was a bit small, but it was quite clean and bright with a window. The price wasn't too expensive, and it was close to the town and the bus station.

The room was very small, but fairly clean. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the vent was directly facing the bed. It was very cold when it was on, and very hot when it was off. Opening the window was also noisy, and the curtains kept falling down when drawn. Parking was only possible on the street. There was no breakfast. Overall, it was expensive and of poor quality; I would never recommend it.

The room is small. There are no escalator so we had to lift up the luggage by ourselves.

Good location and cheap but if you are a light sleeper avoid it as it is very noisy being next to a busy road even late at night

It is halfway between the bus stop and the city center.
It is my first time staying in a clean place with both a refrigerator and air conditioning.
The air conditioning only turns on when the balcony door is locked!

I’ve never left a bad review, but hotel nefis was the worst experience I’ve had over many hotel stays in Fethiye. My partner and I have been hiking the Lycian way trail and booked for a few nights afterwards to relax. We wanted to confirm upon checking in that they provided breakfast and laundry services, as advertised, and were informed that they do not. These were key features of why we booked and so we tried to get a refund on the hotel so we could find somewhere else. After 3 hours and speaking to 2 reception staff and their boss (intermittently over the phone), we were given no options. Extremely disappointed that there was no accountability. Even more disappointed that the owner of the hotel attempted to tell us we were in the wrong and then proceeded to hang up on us and refuse to speak with us again. The reception staff don’t deserve to deal with these kind of issues, especially when they do not have authority to issue refunds etc.

Straight the worst hotel I stay in Turkey. Dirty, terrible soundproof and you know what, ignorant front desk. The fridge and AC make terrible loud noises at night. Disappointing.
