Tepehan Pansiyon in Izmir

We had an amazing stay! The owners are incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality was evident in every interaction, making our stay truly special.

Our room was cozy and clean, it had a beautiful view of Seferihisar. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay, this place is a fantastic choice!

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a beautiful view. We stayed for 2 nights. There are no shops, restaurants, etc. nearby to meet your needs. Essentially, it's a guesthouse, so there are no restaurant services. Because it's located on a high point, you'll have difficulty getting around if you don't have a car. If you go to Akkum, on the way back, Google Maps navigation tries to direct you to a rocky area, so be careful. In such a case, you can type in "Marina Migros" and then go up the street opposite. These things I've mentioned are, of course, unrelated to the management itself. They met our expectations.

We found the location very easily by car. The view is beautiful. The rooms are also quite clean. The staff is very attentive, thank you very much. The water was cut off for a while in the morning, but it was restored immediately. There was only drinking water in the room. We even asked for toilet paper. A little more attention could be paid to these issues. There were no other problems. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you.

From the hill directly opposite Teos Marina, it's a one-minute drive or a 10-15-minute walk. Since there aren't any markets nearby, you should shop before arriving at the hotel. It's far from the noise of the city center and offers a pleasantly breezy view. Because the hotel is relatively new, the room's amenities are excellent. Its distance from the city center is ideal. My only dislike is that the mini-fridge in the room doesn't function as a cooler, but only regulates the temperature. This prevents you from enjoying ice-cold drinks on hot days.

We chose it because it was affordable compared to surrounding areas. Transportation is a bit difficult; you have to climb a hill. The view is not bad; there are rooms with a view of the marina and the bay. Our room was spacious. The air conditioning is good. The bathroom is good. There was a kettle, tea and coffee, and two 500ml bottles of water in the room. It's a pleasure to have breakfast with the breakfast items you buy on the balcony. The staff is helpful. Bring food and drinks to your room or you'll have to go back and get them. If you don't have a car, the hill is a death trap. ☺️ Now for the cons... There was hair on the bed and in the nightstand. The water supply was cut off at one point. The reception is at the entrance, so you can move to the downstairs room where the staff are. Other than that, it was good.

We can recommend this hostel without hesitation. The room was modernly furnished and very clean, WiFi connection was above average compared to other hotels. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the marina, I recommend that we leave our car in front of the hotel and walk around easily. Sığacık is a small place, the distance to everywhere is short, Tepehan Pension is very good in terms of price and performance, we came with question marks when the price was appropriate, but it is a hostel that is far above expectations.
