Wow. What more could we have wanted as a couple celebrating our anniversary? The hotel is absolutely spotless, there is always someone cleaning or gardening. We're about to spend our last day at the hotel but I guarantee it won't be our last time here. The food is great, we have eaten something different every night. The Sunset Bar is the perfect place to relax in the afternoon and Yasin has been exceptional. He is such an asset to the team at the hotel, so friendly and always available to chat when he isn't busy rushing around collecting glasses making the best cocktails in Turkiye! (May I recommend the Crimson Cacao?) He's the consummate barman. I genuinely thought he had grown up in the UK! Tui Please extend our gratitude for his excellent service! We're looking to return in September and it's staff like Yasin who are making it so inviting.

Good experience here for a second holiday, get down to the sunset bar for a cocktail from Yasin, is a nice lad and makes good cocktails.

Sunset beach bar - yasin was an amazing bartender really helpful, always in a good mood and very accommodating with out of the ordinary requests. Made the best cocktails by far and was great with the kids as well. Gave the bar a really good vibe.

Brilliant holiday, so clean and staff were wonderful. Air con in rooms. Good selection of food. All enjoyed our stay, age ranges from 2 to 68 years old. Very generous on the drinks! Beautiful hotel. Would love to stay again

Just returned home after a 7 night stay here. Before anything else, I do want to mention how helpful and polite the staff are here and the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, but onto a few negatives, the entertainment was poor, one night there was a show which was not great, that started at 9pm ended at 9.45pm and there was nothing else after this. We didn't have the best weather the first few days ,so spent a bit of time in the bar or our room during the day so was looking forward to some entertainment on an evening but sadly, we were very disappointed. Food was hit and miss, but food was always available if not in the restaurant, around the pool bar which was where we ate most days. Rooms were nice and again, always very clean but the beds were hard and quite uncomfortable. We stayed in block 2000 which was ridiculously noisy and the music from next doors hotel goes on until 12, ok if you can go to their entertainment, but you can't so we had to watch the lasers from our balcony also not great if you have young children and they want to sleep. Beach was ok, glittery sand unsure why this is but we were covered in it , the waterpark is amazing we had a great time here, but unless you want to pay for a drink you'll have to go without whilst there as food and drinks are chargeable. Overall we had a nice holiday but will we be rushing back, unfortunately not. Lack of evening entertainment is probably the deal breaker for us as we got quite bored of sitting around with nothing to do after dinner.

There is a lot to mention as to how bad this hotel is, please take on board the other negative reviews as they truly are an indicator of how your potential stay will pan out.

My wife slipped on a wet floor with no signs or indication that it had been cleaned which we reported to the Tui rep who initially seemed concerned as my wife had hurt herself but as soon as we left Tui gave up, didn't register the injury, didn't really make any effort to look into the accident and completely dismissed the whole thing, even though I suggested looking at the cameras for proof, they didn't bother. Tui after care team raised a complaint for me and the response from the hotel after waiting for months and much pressure from me was they couldn't see anything on the cameras even though they didn't know the day, time or what my wife looked like as Tui hadn't completed the report but we're still able to tell me nothing happened. They clearly didn't care that someone had been hurt as a result of their negligence and dismissed the whole thing.

The tiles around the pool were broken and the pool looked tired as well as the sun beds. The ‘entertainment’ was a joke, the same thing pretty much every night for 10 nights with slight changes

The food is bad, no real choice at lunchtime as the food is essentially the same every day apart from maybe two changes which meant I struggled as an adult but my children struggled even more to find something to eat. Consequently there are lots of children with plates of chips and onion rings for their lunch every day. There are lots of flies and long queues for the donner kebab as this is the only thing people want and it takes ages to serve as they cook one at a time for a whole hotel. I was ill after a couple of days with dizziness and bad diarrhea, something that seems to be commonplace at this hotel from other reviews and the WhatsApp group messages added by other customers at the time, asking for Dioralyte to ease their pain. As a result I missed nearly 3 days of the holiday with my children as I was either in bed in pain or on the toilet. There were not any real options for food in the restaurant and the quality was bad. For example, the restaurant produced prawn tacos for people to collect at will but they had been sitting there for hours in 35 degree heat with flies buzzing around.

We struggled in the evening to find anything nice and different to eat and joined the long line for pizza as this offered something we could eat, along with everybody else. The beer was disgusting and flat and simply not drinkable so I drank coke, even though we paid a fortune for the holiday. The activities run by Tui were awful and the pizza cooking was initially taken by the waitress who couldn't speak English until a rep came to take over, the waitress was a lot better.

Tui cancelled an excursion without telling us and the ones we did go on were rubbish and a waste of time, my son was sick on the coach and was complaining of an upset stomach after eating his breakfast and being on the coach for a very long time in the heat.

Stay away and go somewhere else as it was a real disappointment.

This is a lovely little resort and we had a very nice stay. We chose it for the double rooms and the waterpark which worked really well for us. Rooms are nice but bathroom was a bit small and had a bit of a sewage smell. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. I don’t think I’ve seen a hotel with as many people constantly cleaning as I have here. Staff were lovely, helpful and responsive with nothing being too much trouble. They were really happy for us to move rooms, sorted out a mattress topper for the slab like bed and helped us organise a taxi trip to Ephesus (€20 each way with driver coming back to collect us. No carpet factories or dodgy lunches). Pools really were very cold but having read the reviews we brought rash vests which helped take the edge off. Great fun though and so worth it. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and listening to the entertainment. Wacky fun is not our thing but live music is always treat. Not sure why it has to be so loud though. The building used to shake with it whilst the beach party set list was ruined by the addition of a thumping bass. Only thing we weren’t keen on was the restaurant. Food is fine just a general mass catering buffet. Though very much geared towards the type of person you see sad facing in the Daily Mail because they went abroad and everyone was ‘forrin and they had to live on wrong tasting cornflakes for 2 weeks because it was all exotic stuff like rice with veg in it. Hygiene is also fine (well the restaurant bit. The “clientele” is a whole other issue. I’ve never seen tables left in such a mess or such waste. No wonder there’s cats and flies everywhere). However, I’ve seen school canteens with more charm. Our son is ND and just couldn’t cope with the noise, feral kids running round screaming, queues (so many queues. I swear one night I saw the RVS handing out tea and foil sheets to people waiting for waffles cos heaven forbid why take 1 when you can 12) and iPads blaring (at least use headphones if you can’t be bothered to parent your own kids). It didn’t seem big enough for everyone so it was either get your elbows out, sit outside with the wildlife or come later when the catering team had given up. Speciality restaurants were great and we loved those. We did contemplate paying to eat there every night as the food was better and it was so nice to have proper place settings, fabric napkins, decent wine glasses and no shrieking. The insects were next level. We live in what is essentially a field in the middle of the fens so are used to insect infestations but even our bites had bites and my ankles swelled so badly from them I was struggling to walk. I used to lie awake scratching and fantasising about calamine lotion.

The kids chose it and I’m so glad I left the decision to them. We had so much funand we’ve already made a reservation again for this year. We can’t wait for the vacation to come!”
