The room I was given was not very similar to the pictures, and I felt like I was staying in a rental house. . Facilities, sanitation, wifi is not available It's quite close to the town center.

The hotel is in the very center of Kas. Within a radius of 100 meters all the shops and cafes. But, the hotel is in a quiet street, because of this the noise of the streets and cafes is not heard, at least from 23.00 it is quiet. The furniture in the hotel is new, clean, but to maintain daily cleanliness in the room - you need to remind the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The family room is on the top floor. You need to climb three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so people with weak legs and feet need to consider it seriously.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location is very good, the rooms are clean, the team is helpful. We were very satisfied but finished with garlic. I wonder if the mayor of Sarimsakli is aware that he is running a holiday resort. Mr. President, you can manage istanbul vineyards after garlic.

Lovely apartments 2 minutes walk from the sea front and 5 minutes from the town square. Fully equipped with amenities and cutlery etc. Very clean and with housekeeping every 2 days or whenever you ask for it. The owners are very helpful and will book taxis or airport transfers. Definitely worth every penny. Ask for a sea view and stay in Kas at least a week to enjoy all it has to offer.

Had a wonderful week in autumn, away from the bustle of the city. Wonderful territory, comfortable accommodation. The host is an ideal master of his craft. I would like to separately note that it was nice to go fishing accompanied by Hussein. As a fisherman to fishermen I highly recommend this place.

The room with terrace to view balloons is the best!

Loved it here, one of the best rooms of my trip. Perfectly situated for easy access to town and surrounding area with tours or by yourself. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I very much appreciate how understanding they were of my sleep deprivation :). Great breakfast and loved the view from the terrace.

It's clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also good. Watching hot air balloons from the terrace is spectacular. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a small patio in the hotel that is beautifully decorated. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and introduced us to the attractions.

We have just stayed at the mutlu for the third time this year.We have already booked for next year.We find the staff very friendly and helpful.The self catering option suits us well with the option to use their restaurant and bar if we want.I recommend this hotel as it is very central for the town centre and sea front.

Some things where damaged or not easy to work with.

Value for money. The beach is excellent for the price. It's just 100 meters away. I've never used a car, but I only used it to go to the Dim River. It's very centrally located and close to shopping options for every budget.

The first of my expectations was an affordable place to sleep with the family. The second was that the air conditioners were active. Then walking distance to the beach. It's close to me. When there was enough equipment in the kitchen, we prepared our own breakfast. We ate dinner outside. Nothing left but to thank the staff.

Helpful staff, good location, the towels could have been whiter( looked over used ) and it could have been bigger ( size) for body . Decent size room and clean. Good value for the money. One big mistake was the wake-up call in the morning, they forgot to wake me up and missed my flight back .

Stayed for one night. The location itself was peaceful. Fantastic customer service. The staff upgraded my room to a sea view without me asking. A few parts of the room were a little bit worn, but the room itself was good. Comfy bed. I would definitely stay again.

Convenient hotel with all the basics needed for a goodnight sleep. The place is clean and in proximity to the sea side where you can enjoy seaside activities like biking, walking, and various sports. Bostanci end line metro station is next to you and the ferry station all within a a 10 min walk. Really convenient. The hotel could use a ramp for moving suitcases up the 6/7 steps of stairs.

Rooms were spotlessly clean, like they’d been taken care of with a mother’s touch. Mr. Tayfur, one of the hotel owners, was incredibly warm and attentive. The location is right in the heart of Istanbul. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you very much for everything.

It’s operated by 2 locals and not a big franchise which was the first green flag, and it’s walking distance to just about everything! This hotel is located in the New Europe area, on the main street below a public square. The basement is similar to a noisy restaurant, with poor soundproofing. Don't take a taxi there; it's very congested. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley.

The hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, bars, department stores, and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. Taksim Gala Tower and Hagia Sophia were both within walking distance. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I would definitely stay here again.
