Stayed here for few days while in Trabzon. Location wise it's very very good, look at the view from top of the mountain, it's priceless. Their hotel staff and restaurant staff are also very attentive to our needs. The only thing is they can improve on cleanliness of their rooms particularly the bathroom which had some unusual smell during our stay.

The hotel is really run down. If you are coming from the UK it isn't really our cup of tea. The hotel is like living in rented house which hasn't been maintained for years. We stayed here for a week and the staff were amazing allways happy to help, fair does the language barrier but they use their phones to translate thw food ia quite good but not enugh selection for children. But theirs other places to eat at, averall i would give them a 8/10

The hotel is old and not renovated. The staff is friendly. The food was worse. Diner from the evening before they served it the next morning. Taste was very bad. It's not an all inclusive because you can't eat and drink the whole day. Not my kind of hotel

It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling...

Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pool suite and it was well worth the price. I did arrive later at night and had a little difficulty navigating myself to the hotel but their valet service more than made up for it

The air conditioning in my room didn’t cool very well. Some renovations were being made during my stay, but their customer service was great and the breakfast was amazing!

Great place for an afforable price, breakfast is reallygood but could have more variety (i.e. offer more different foods) hotel staff and receptionist are all extremely kind. They have a pool too. We where traveling as a family and was enjoying the vacation and the friendly environment! A manager around 45-50 (called himself manager) was hunting ladies all the time even as young as teenagers! Without him the hotel would be better!

Great place to stay, nice clean rooms, 100% value for money. However, its close to the beach, and all the beach belongs to hotels, so you can rent a sun bed or anything. The hotel is overall ok. Room was clean and bright but had a few defects. The bathroom was incredibly small while washing your face you hit the shower, when opening the shower door you hit the sink, and when using the toilet your knees hit the sink. We chose this hotel as we would take TCCD to Istanbul after staying one night in Ankara. The walking distance is about 10 minutes, avoiding traffic jams. There is a subway exit nearby and several restaurants nearby. The price is reasonable but the facilities are old and the breakfast quality is average. The hotel room has a view of the Kemal Memorial Hall!

The best thing about the hotel is it’s location, that is very close to Ankara train station. It’s also in a quiet area and not very far away from downtown. I put 3 stars because the rooms needed renovation. The window was broken, thus couldn’t close it well. And the air conditioner was barely working. And a very bad smell came from the toilet. For that price they definitely need to renovate the hotel
