The Hotel is clean and good for business traveller.

The economy rooms have few outlets. The menu prices are reasonable, and the cleanliness was good. They don't provide sanitary pads; be careful, they might react uncontrollably if you ask.

Breakfast was good in terms of price performance. It was constantly being renewed and hot. The location is central.

The hotel is near the Thai Embassy in Ankara, 3 minutes walk. Recommended. The price is not too expensive. Breakfast is buffet style. But the room is a bit old, but acceptable. Although the bathroom door is a bit heavy, but I give it 4 stars because we went to make a passport. The important thing is this.

We have been to the Samira about 8 times now. Cleaning of our rooms could have been better this time. They have always been good in the past. We were told that was down to staff shortages. Otherwise a very nice Holliday. Would go back again.

Massive apartment A short stay before moving onto a resort. Apartment is massive over two floors. Three large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin). Large kitchen, 3 bathroom, a balcony and a roof terrace. Apartment is modern and clean. Supermarkets close by but quite a distance from attractions.

just come back from a 15 night stay, had a great time, fantastic pool area, garden area, get the sun all day, 24 hour reception, 30 mins walk to beach, 3 supermarkets within 200 yards, you have washing machine dishwasher iron and board, no cleaner but you have everything you need, only negative there was no safety deposit boxes

The room was nice and large, but the weather was cold and I didn't use the private pool. I think a room with a private pool would be more suitable for children. My mother was staying in a separate room upstairs, she liked it though it was too high for 72-year-old. There was everything for cooking and we all loved her terrace. Room was small but comfy. The room facilities are good, but the basement may be damp and smelly. I booked a duplex suite with two floors. The breakfast is standard white food, not delicious, but filling.

Very clean, well set up apart hotel that has everything you need for cooking, multiple pots/pans plates, etc. they give many towels for your comfort. Washer/dryer. Family run hotel, great welcome. We have stayed here for three weeks and have really enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well situated in a quiet area but within a short walk to Hisaronu (25 minutes) or just take a Dolmus for under a pound. There are many great restaurants in a short walking distance and the hotel serves some great food also

What made a very late arrival from Dalaman Airport less daunting was a polite and kind welcome to a hotel which asked an employee to remain until my arrival and show me to my room immediately. THAT is customer service!!
