The experience was amazing, we were treated and served nicely by Ahmed in the reception. He was veerrry polite extremely professional. He was tremendously helpful during our and stay.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, however, not as beautiful as the images show. The bathroom smelled and the floor was wet when we arrived. The elevator is very slow and there is a queue on it. We once had a torn bed sheet. There was a language barrier with the reception staff as not all speak English, and they take more than 10 min for room service.

This has got to be the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. On the junctions opposite a main hospital. Very noisy and didn't sleep much for the week we stayed. Not just myself but also my partner and son. Air conditioning was great in the bedroom (8 euro charge a night) well worth it to drown out the noise. No air con in living area. Safe was 4 euros a night. Beds were comfy.

Very clean property and good staying

Each year at least 3 times I bring a group of people to Turkey and always I choose to stay at Bella Rose Hotel, Alanya. It is all because their hospitality, service, and affordable price. Thank you for the staff of the hotel and especially to Frat bey that makes our trips unforgettable! By the way the location is also great just about 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach.

The Hotel is clean and good for business traveller.

The economy rooms have few outlets. The menu prices are reasonable, and the cleanliness was good. They don't provide sanitary pads; be careful, they might react uncontrollably if you ask.

I booked this hotel apartment for a business trip. It's very close to the ATAKOY SIRINEVLER metro station, and there's a SOK supermarket and local specialty restaurants nearby. Really big area to spending times with good service.

The room wasn't very large, but it was very clean and tidy. The location was great, very close to the beach; it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach for walks, playing, and watching the sunset. It's also close to Duden Falls. Parking was convenient, right on the street outside. The service was attentive and responsive.

The hotel environment is generally acceptable, but the charges are not cheap. Breakfast is prepared per person, with a single variety, and milk and coffee are not provided proactively, only after asking. In short, the cost performance is not too high

The owner was very nice and helpful and tried his best. Unfortunately the property was not for us as a family. The living room was cold, had some issues with the AC, fridge, cooker, small things which should make life easy on our first day were missing. Breakfast was a big spread but didn’t really fill us up. The stay was generally fine and the location is very good, just a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet. However, the room is not well soundproofed — I could easily hear people talking in nearby rooms and noise from the lobby, which was a bit disturbing. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low. Other than these issues, the stay was okay.

Good Apart Hotel. Nice room with dishes, stove, kettle, microwave... The main drawback is that the bathroom does not have a proper exhaust system (there is only a small hole to the street without a fan) and water leaks a little from the shower into the rest of the bathroom. It's great value for money; unlike other hotels that are so opportunistic, they don't extend your vacation time like crazy just because there's an exhibition.

The room was large, bright, clean, and tidy. It was conveniently located near the subway and airport bus stations, as well as the Istanbul Exhibition Center.

Near some Restaurants and markets

The hotel room and bathroom were both spacious and perfectly adequate, with a small living area and sofas. A wide variety of amenities were also available. The only two minor issues were the air conditioning system's lack of cooling and low airflow, and the lack of a small shelf in the bathroom's shower area for shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries. (Amenities are provided on the wall.)

I recommend choosing a room with breakfast included. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. It's a bit noisy near the road. It's very convenient to get a taxi to the exhibition hall.
