One of the best hotels in Trabzon, not far away from the city center, thoug I recommend always to rent a car from one of the companies inside or near the airport. very comfortable and very friendly staff specially Mina in the restaurant and Abdullah in the reception. Truly unbeatable location - within walking distance to the Karakoy tram stop and the Karakoy ferry stop. we spent 5 days in the hotel as a family will g two young daughters. the location is excellent close to the malls, supermarkets, old city, bazaar. Staff were very kind and helpful and they speak multiple languages as Arabic and English. the receptionist especially Marwan and Abdulla were very helpful. In the city center, it is very convenient for eating and shopping, but the building is a bit shabby, and the house is very flat. It is not very presentable to meet clients, but the location is good. I booked a room with a living room, and the price-performance ratio is OK

This hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the view of the area is perfect - bring earplugs! If you are staying in Ortakoy you should expect lots of people and noise but if you know that in advance you should be good!
