I suppose is what you expect from a 2 stars hotel in Turkey. However no excuse for the bedsheets being stained and the damage around the room. Air con working well , little kitchenette there that is ok to make a cuppa and a sandwich. Location is not "beautiful" but close enough to the relevant places. The rooms were fine and clean, however it is not really self catering. The kitchenette is very limited and extremely minimal. Only one hot ring, no toaster, only 1 pan, 1 frying pan. If you wanted to cook meals then this is not the self catering appts for you. I would also suggest moving the washing line to within the balcony as the line hangs over and looks very unsightly. We enjoyed staying there for one night as a family of 4. We have found everything we expected with a very reasonable price. I would recommend that place to anyone.

Very nice staff points 5, food average, room average no darkened curtains stayed at the new side, hamam spa excellent. Close to beach and main road. We are very satisfied with our experience at Dufa. It was far beyond our expectations!!! The facility looks exactly as it is in the photos. Very spacious room. We also loved the balcony. We spent a great 10 days holiday in this hotel. Very welcoming and very excellent attentive hard working staff. I stayed in October 22 I had a 1 bedroom apartment all to myself. Everything is there for S/C lovely place on the main Rd supermarket's next door Host were lively nothing too much trouble would defo stay again here. Pool lovely and clean plenty of sun beds. Nothing for children though.

Murat the hotel owner is such a lovely man. He made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. His wife Senay was amazing too and she bakes the most fabulous cakes. Great place, excellent beach, we were there in September, and it was completely calm until lunchtime, but the waves got stronger after lunchtime. Very convenient location from the house to the sea...one caveat: there are no cafes nearby for breakfast (or just greasy eggs)...the shops are still a bit far away...but the staff is super helpful.

Excellent, cozy hotel. Great location! The bus stop is a one-minute walk away. The metro is 4-5 minutes away. Taksim Square is nearby. Friendly staff. The maid speaks Russian. Best hotel Quality / price We stayed 3 weeks

Rooms are great but our rooms is in ground floor so no good views or great lighting, just room. But there are rooms in upper floors which can be better in this regard. Location is great but is a little bit steep so bringing baggages might be a little bit challenging. But to summarize, it is a good place with good price to value.

I went there with my family this summer and we stayed for around a week. Our experience in this hotel was amazing the staff was very nice especially Yusuf. Really loved Palm Konak. It’s 5 mins walk from the sea, restaurants, and bike rentals, had all the basic amenities like aircon, and the breakfast offered fresh fruits and pastry. They also arranged transfer. Oh, and when learning about my wife’s birthday, they got us a whole cake that evening, that we shared with friends. This generosity totally won me over.

Me and my partner stayed here last summer and I’m finally sitting down to make a review about this place. Even after a year, it still feels like a dream. Service is not great. I did not get the room I booked until my second night, and nothing was done to make up for the very frustrating first night (other than giving me the correct room as if I should be thankful to get the room I booked). Things were offered to express their apologies, but never given. Also service around hotel is average.

The room I was given was not very similar to the pictures, and I felt like I was staying in a rental house. . Facilities, sanitation, wifi is not available It's quite close to the town center.

The hotel is in the very center of Kas. Within a radius of 100 meters all the shops and cafes. But, the hotel is in a quiet street, because of this the noise of the streets and cafes is not heard, at least from 23.00 it is quiet. The furniture in the hotel is new, clean, but to maintain daily cleanliness in the room - you need to remind the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The family room is on the top floor. You need to climb three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so people with weak legs and feet need to consider it seriously.

Updating desperately needed The hotel was old and in desperate need of repairs and updated in the rooms. I guess for the price you can’t expect a lot but it does need updating for sure!

Mediocre The cleanliness of the rooms is good... However, I would say that the aqua among the hotel facilities is not turned on and since it is an apart hotel, there is a bit of a problem with the food issue but everything is ready, just heat it up and the prices are very high.....

I visited this hotel for second year and it was great, again. Cleaners was very nearly and our room was cleened every day, cleen towels and liners too. All waitress team was very friendly and kindly. I really liked the room: it was spacious, had a kitchenette (with dishes), and a large balcony which was perfect for enjoying tea in the evenings. The only issue was that the shower drain wasn't working well. After I reported it to the front desk, a staff member came, fiddled with the drain, and it improved slightly. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk away.

Had a wonderful week in autumn, away from the bustle of the city. Wonderful territory, comfortable accommodation. The host is an ideal master of his craft. I would like to separately note that it was nice to go fishing accompanied by Hussein. As a fisherman to fishermen I highly recommend this place.

My mother is extremely satisfied not just with the clean and well-maintained premises but also with the thoughtfulness of the owner, Mr Can.
