I’ve been staying here one month in May and it was very nice experience! Apartments have everything – washing machine, dishwasher, very good mattress and stunning view. Very quiet location but convenient for a walk beside the sea. Staff are efficient and English speaking. Booking was easy. The rooftop apartment is comfy and well equipped although some herbal teas would be appreciated in addition to the coffee provided. I would recommend this place.

I was very happy to stay at that hotel. The location was great , the kitchen had everything for cooking. The suite was spacious with lots of lighting. Updating desperately needed The hotel was old and in desperate need of repairs and updated in the rooms. I guess for the price you can’t expect a lot but it does need updating for sure!

Family run business with great standards and the best breakfast. I highly recommend if you are travelling by car. There are a couple of great beaches within a 10 minutes drive, such as Katranci. Great value for its price. I would not recommend if you don’t have a car because nothing much in walking distance.

Apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed. Very clean. We even had water bottles and chocolates. But the best by far was the help of Omer at the reception. He was wonderful. Very kind from the beggining to the check out. He even got us some Turkish sweets and helped us with what to visit without hesitation. I bet we couldn’t find someone nicer than him.

Salam! We booked this hotel via Airbnb at the last minute after some complications with a previous hotel. The couple that worked at reception were wonderful people. This is a great hotel for a vacation. Located near the sea. The staff is very helpful! I really liked the room: it was spacious, had a kitchenette (with dishes), and a large balcony which was perfect for enjoying tea in the evenings. The only issue was that the shower drain wasn't working well. After I reported it to the front desk, a staff member came, fiddled with the drain, and it improved slightly. Self catering apartments, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Apartments are clean and adequately equipped (although mine did not have a kettle). Bedroom was just large enough for the bed, but served its purpose.

My girlfriend and I recently booked a small room for two in the basement. To make it short: the room provides what you can expect for the price. If you want more luxury, you will need to pay more. The floor and stairway to the rooms unfortunately smelled a bit like cat urine. Since the main door seems to be always open, cats can enter. The property owners changed the daily rate for the apartment and e-mailed us on the day that we travelled.They pushed the rate up to EUR 50 per day.My husband and I arrived at 1am . We had the agreed amount of cash with us but the manager demanded more. Surely the agreed rate is the agreed rate? Not sure I would book another apartment in this way.

The pool was unavailable. And although I had booked a 30 sq m room, I was told that they generally only have one room size. Otherwise everything was great, but I still paid more for the room and didn't get what I booked.

There was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast, which had continued until 11, had finished by 10:30.

Perfect! The location was perfect, only take a walk 3 minutes to meydan (city centre). I felt like home because it was fully furnished apartment, I could cook, washing my clothes, and everything was clean, the receptionist was really helpful. Very recommended.

Deniz is a very polite, helpful and humble hostess, he went beyond our expectations to provide a peaceful stay. The location was on top of the hill and there was no dolmuş/Van taxi station near hotel. But it's not that much far from the city center. We had to walk 15 mins from where we got off the van. The room wasn't ready on time so we waited a bit. Breakfast was good enough.

It’s closer to all the attractions in Sultanahmet area. The staff waited till 3 AM to check us in after our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The booked room wasn’t available but they gave an additional room for us to compensate. The rooms are good and no complaints. The breakfast options are enough for us bachelors. The staff helped booking for dinner cruise and airport taxis.

The reception was very welcoming and fast. Happy that I was upgraded to a suite. My request for a jug kettle and supply of tea and coffee was entertained. My room was spacious, facing the street, the bed comfortable and the shower was new with good hot and cold water pressure. The breakfast spread was good to start the day with the lady and her daughter in attendance to your needs.
