The hotel was all stinking with the smoking and cigarette Smell everywhere, even in the bathroom, bedrooms, it was all embedded already. when we complained to the staff, they said they can do nothing for it. They said it is there in every room.But there is no facility or they could do anything to get rid of it. We spent one night, that's enough. Probably not very good for a long stay. The room is old and stinks of dampness and smoke. But there is a kitchenette with a stove.

Washing machine not working and in inter day room was not cleaned

Cheap and cheerful. Rooms spotless although dated. You have to pay for aircon everywhere these days. Staff were great and food was too.it is right on the beach. 10 min walk into town. Maybe people want the Hilton from a Butlins price tag

Few issues in the room. Ants in kitchen and bathroom but we learnt to keep food tied up and away and reception gave us a spray. Only air con in bedroom and were 3 of us , so to sleep in living room with no air con in august was a no go. The staff are fantastic very helpful and they go out of their way to help you. The food is lovely. Around the pool is kept lovely and clean. In our bedroom we have clean sheets and towels every day a great team they make it lovely each day. We found the Siesta beach, clean, tidy, and friendly. The room was cleaned every day and was comfortable although a little tired. It was better than expected. The only real complaint that I can make is about the number of stray cats and dogs allowed to roam in the bar area. Although this may be ok for some people, I feel it is not ok in the bar and restaurant areas.

Had a fabulous week here. The hotel staff are great and the bar staff really go out of their way. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are great but under furniture etc could do with being a little cleaner. Not anything that should stop you staying there. Would recommend The Royal for food. They picked us up and returned us to our hotel, the food was fantastic and the service too.

Very nice hotel, Ideal for families and couples. Nice pools, friendly bar staff, rooms are pretty basic but clean. Beach is very basic as well but has a nice breeze in the afternoon. Great budget stay, within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Local shops nearby for snacks/ grocery. This place offers laundry service. The breakfast is continental, with large portion sizes, it is a standard set menu. Not sure if there is any flexibility to have a broader choice. We enjoyed our stay here, it was very convenient for our situation.

It was just about what you are paying. the bedding was not clean when I arrived when Ileft the cleaner came and folded every thing again....! not changing but anyway it was ok. staff were friendly and nice

Ideal location in old town The location is absolutely great in Kaleici! It is not a five star hotel but it meets the basic demands with a low cost. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity and it's very easy to walk to the bus and tram routes and other shops on the bigger roads. Nextdoor bar might keep you awake until midnight but otherwise the area and the nearest alleys are very quiet.

Over all a very good place i reccomend to stay at. It was clean, affordable, staff was nice and helpful. You are in the center of the city center which is nice, but might get a bit noisy at some point, but thats a small price to pay compared to all of the positives.

Not bad, for its price It was nice and the receptionist also was. However, I saw two cockroaches in the room, which ruined the overall experience.

Just returned from our 9 nights stay as a family of 5 and couldn't be happier with out choice. The positives the rooms were always kept clean and tidy, the staff were fantastic working really hard always cleaning the pool bar area and poolside. Really nice property. Walk through beautiful flowers and trees to get to the room and enjoy looking at the mountains once you're there. Room was clean and comfortable and the location allowed us easy access to Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. All employees were ready to help and were friendly. Pool area looks great. Lovely experience, really welcoming staff. There was an issue with love holidays not informing them we were coming and they were very accommodating despite that. Close enough to walk to the town centre and very affordable prices. Gorgeous stay, would definitely recommend!

Furniture is old. For the hotel fare it is good but I have seen better for the same price. The best place to stay in turkey is Dalyan anda Marmaris. The city is a bit expensive for Turkey. From now on Dalyan or Marmaris.

Spent one week at this hotel. Air condition works perfectly, it’s clean, has a balcony and cleaning everyday. Overall, not bad. The dishes are a bit dirty, there is nothing to wash them with, keep in mind that you need to buy your own sponge for the dishes. The rest is overall not bad.

Hotel for its price. This is an apartment hotel, but for example you have to pay for an iron. There were only large towels for two people, and there were three of us staying. All the furniture is far from new. It will last for a few days.

The most satisfying accommodation on this trip to Turkey, only suitable for self-driving, on the mountain in Kaş town, with a beautiful sea view, a swimming pool, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with basically everything. Turkish food is too bad, so it’s really nice to buy some food at the supermarket and cook it yourself. Bring more seasonings from China. The room is very clean....

The location and views are amazing. The owner of the villa is a very positive woman. The room is cozy, warm, spacious, has everything you need. There are several relaxation areas around the pool, the pool is clean even in the off-season. Of the minuses - the door to the room did not lock, but perhaps I did not understand. There is a gorgeous beach nearby.

This place is great! Location is fantastic - a block from shops and restaurants. The room was VERY impressive - a suite w/lots of room, the bed was perfect, everything sparkling clean, and the whole team super. My only complaint would be the lack of a coffee maker (espresso and Amercano) in the room - had to order with room service. I paid for breakfast but did not use it......... so can't comment...

Stayed here for few days while in Trabzon. Location wise it's very very good, look at the view from top of the mountain, it's priceless. Their hotel staff and restaurant staff are also very attentive to our needs. The only thing is they can improve on cleanliness of their rooms particularly the bathroom which had some unusual smell during our stay.

The design is modern, clean and comfortable, the shower and air conditioning are very good. The view of the town and the sea from the attic balcony is amazing. The breakfast environment and taste are great. The variety can be richer.

There is a bar downstairs which is very noisy. The price is too expensive for an ordinary homestay in China, and the hygiene and bedding are average. The soundproofing is also very poor and you can hear the noise from the rooms above. It's not worth the price at all.

We stayed here for a week and the staff were amazing allways happy to help, fair does the language barrier but they use their phones to translate thw food ia quite good but not enugh selection for children. But theirs other places to eat at, averall i would give them a 8/10

Great place for an afforable price, breakfast is reallygood but could have more variety (i.e. offer more different foods) hotel staff and receptionist are all extremely kind. They have a pool too. Dowside: a lot of noise of planes passing by every 30 seconds because of nearby airport (yes I'm not kidding, every 30 seconds) but i got used to it within 3 days
