You won't be able to sleep; the street is extremely noisy! The rooms are run down.

Overall, it's a decent 4-star hotel. The rooms are more or less clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, not luxurious, but they have the basics. My husband and I had a good meal; we were full. The coffee was delicious (!).

I was in touch with the hotel via WhatsApp in the evening. One evening, there was no water due to technical issues. That never happened again. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, slippers, and towels were all provided. We didn't have toothpaste or a toothbrush, so we asked reception for them. They gave us some for free.

About the main points. Obvious Pros:
+ Location (Istiklal Street was just 2 minutes away)
+ Large, spacious room
+ Good breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of the neighboring buildings
+ Fairly clean

Cons:
- Had to ask for toothbrushes twice, as well as water
- The water was turned off once
- The windows are always curtained because they overlook the neighboring building (literally, you can reach the neighbors with your hand 🤪).

This hotel is located in the New Europe area, on the main street below a public square. The basement is similar to a noisy restaurant, with poor soundproofing. Don't take a taxi there; it's very congested. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley.

The hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, bars, department stores, and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. Taksim Gala Tower and Hagia Sophia were both within walking distance. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I would definitely stay here again. The view from the breakfast restaurant was also breathtaking.

Beautiful building, very good and friendly waiters! One minute from Taksim Square where you can find many shops, bars and restaurants!

The hotel is perfectly located, 50 meters from Istiklal Avenue, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast room on the 6th floor offers beautiful views and a hearty breakfast, which is quite good for Turkey. The room facilities are similar to those at the All Seasons, though a bit dated, with average maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, the value for money is excellent.

Stayed five nights here. The room was huge and appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. They did a great job incorporating a modern classy look while keeping the best of what the old hotel had. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location just a block off İstiklal St is surrounded by restaurants from inexpensive to more high end. I’d happily stay here again.
