The entertainment crew are absolutely brilliant especially Anastasia, Billy and Rashid they made the experience amazing for the kids and were super friendly and always happy… I’d definitely recommend for them alone. They are the 5 stars for the hotel, the hotel its self is very clean and I can give 5 stars for the cleanliness. The food is a 3 star to be honest as the food is repetitive and the same every day no change in 11 days. The restaurant waiting staff don’t bother with you unless you’re German so that’s a 1 star as it’s very poor, the attitude and disrespect of the majority of them is ridiculous especially when you’ve paid to holiday at the hotel, one of the waiting staff accidentally dropped an entire tray of drinks on a child and stood there laughing, the supervisor had to tell him off. The supervising waiting staff in the restaurant red shirts are a 5 star for the hotel also. Overall I’d recommend for families and definitely come back but I say it’s more a 3/4 star hotel.

The hotel itself is very good, it is nicely furnished and looks beautiful. Room is big enough and bed is very comfortable. A/C works perfectly and wifi is free of charge (but pretty slow). Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Beach towel is provided to everyone free of charge. Room safe costs 2 EUR per day. There are a lot of pools, one of them is for adults only, which is very good for people who want quiet and peace. There are a lot of water slides as well, but they are open only between 10 AM and noon and then between 2 PM and 4 PM. Food is also fine and there are a lot of bars where you can get drink between 10 AM and midnight. International alcoholic drinks and fresh juice are not included in the all inclusive, but everything else is. Now, due to the covid situation, the buffet restaurant works in a way, that you can select what you want to eat, but you are not allowed to take it, but you get your food and drink from the restaurant staff. Now about the service: receptionists are helpful, when we wanted to reach our tourist guide for some information, they helped us call him and talk to him. Staff at the bars are nice too. The biggest problem I noticed is at the restaurant. Especially at breakfast, it happened often that we had to wait for long minutes at the counter to get a hot sandwich or some bread, cheese or fruit. All in all, this is a nice hotel, but not 5 star for sure.

Beautiful sea, delicious cocktails, excellent Zumba. Shops are within walking distance for everyone. A huge number of swimming pools to suit every taste.

Great holiday experience with family. Kids absolutely loved it and were very happy with the swimming pool & the aqua park. The location was good with lots of local shopping. Animation team was great & kept everyone entertained. Shout out to Anastasia for being so friendly & caring. Food quality was amazing & lots of choices

very disappointed not to have stayed in the hotel its self as that was what i booked , was put in an annexe building at the side of the hotel. The noise was terrible if it was not the other guest having you up to all hours in the morning it was the staff cleaning floors with machines at early hours like 5/530 am. I mean we do go on holiday for a rest !!!!!! Food was ok if you could get to it 2hrs in the evening to accommodate a whole hotel is just a no no. it was like a Cattel market and some areas of food was cleared away at 30 min before the end. everybody trying to eat at the same time ques so log that you would end up just walking away no seating to sit everybody loads of people standing around waiting to be seated. i would suggest to hotel to make it a 3 hour dinner slot and for not to have the food so spread out there was no flow to the restaurant. However we did overall have a good holiday, pools were good snack bars were good . the Animation team were Amazing we said it was them that made our holiday always very pleasant and entertaining they have a lot going on and full of fun . The evening shows were also amazing I have travelled all round the world and stayed in many hotels and this had to be the best shows i have ever seen . Well done guys xxxx

The entertainment at the hotel is deffinitely the selling point to this hotel. The team are so attentive to the guests and get to really know you and make sure you have the best holiday. Billy is exceptional especially as an English guest. His English is spot on and he just knows exactly how to capture the audience. The mini disco and evening entertainment was absolutely spot on and my 3 year old fully got involved. Billy and the team really did make the holiday unforgettable. Predominantly the hotel is not English guests but those of german, dutch and russian nationalities and we found the food to be aimed at them more-so although we did always find something we liked. I would say the hotels beds are not very comfy for a 5* but the room was clean, the fridge contents were complimentary and restocked daily. As it was April, we had storms at night and powercuts but the hotel soon got back up with what i can presume was a generator as we got back on before the rest of the area. The WiFi was hit and miss in my room as I was furthest away from reception but i hopped onto Cosby WiFi which reached my room better. Definitely a good hack 😆 I am sad that we came maybe a month too early as we would have really loved the height of entertainment with the foam parties and daytime activities but they hadnt started yet. I was always occupied with the slides and the other activities they had on anyways. I will deffinitely return to the hotel because although some minor niggles, its deffinitely something that doesnt affect your holiday and I felt truly looked after and relaxed. I went for 2 weeks and it still wasnt long enough. 🥰

This was the best hotel I have ever been! The staff were so kind and my room was being cleaned every day! The slides were brill, and kids loved them. I 💯 recommend this hotel! Had entertainment in the night and they had ice-cream bar for kids. I loved the food and they had such a big variety including english food for picky eater!
