Reviews
First, bottled drinking water was not provided in the room for three full days, despite my repeated calls to the front desk requesting daily replenishment. This is especially frustrating in a hotel where this is standard.
Second, every night around 1:30 AM, there was a loud running or rushing sound directly above my room. It disrupted my sleep consistently over the three nights.
The staff was polite but unresponsive to these problems. I hope management addresses these for future guests—otherwise, it’s hard to recommend right now.
Overall, the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, especially the rooms. In our room, the sink's drain was clogged, and there was noticeable mold in the corners of the shower stall. The carpets in the rooms are also very worn and dated, as is the furniture – they are long overdue for an update.
When comparing the price with other hotels in the same category, we've found significantly better value elsewhere. It's a real shame, as we've always enjoyed visiting this hotel in the past.
But if you are a foreigner, you are not welcome delay in check in after 14.00 pm
