I had a wonderful stay at Lake & River Side Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
A special thanks to Emil, the bartender, who made absolutely amazing cocktails – perfectly balanced, beautifully served, and always prepared with great passion. His positive attitude and warm personality made every evening at the bar a real pleasure.

We'd like to sincerely thank Emin, the best and kindest bartender we've ever had the pleasure of meeting! From the very first moment, we knew this wouldn't be an ordinary visit – his smile, positive energy, and approachable approach made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. He not only served delicious drinks, but also created an atmosphere that made our time there absolutely special. His creativity behind the bar is a masterpiece, and the heart he puts into his work is palpable in every drop.

Had a lovely 5 day break here. Rooms were lovely, clean and tidy. The snack bar food was basic, burgers, suggests, fries and onion rings. Drinks were ok, some staff didn't know how to make the cocktails. Pool was really nice and got the sun until around 6pm each day. Beach was lovely a short walk from the hotel plenty of sunbeds. We didn't watch the entertainment as this area was under cover and extremely hot! Lobby bar was a really nice calm environment 😌

The food is plenty, but always the same. The toilets need a better cleanliness. Do NOT ever buy anything from the shops inside the hotel. Complete rip-off! Prices are 5 times (yes-five!!!) higher than the shop right outside the hotel. The Spa is also the same story. I understand it‘s a hotel, a tourist…. But these scams make me never come back again to Turkey.

The hotel has a nice interior and looks lovely. However some staff at the hotel are rude and do not provide a welcoming environment. When we arrived at the hotel no one helped us with our bags or showed us to our rooms and around the hotel. The food was good however it would be better with more varieties each day, as every day was similar. The staff at the hotel shops were rude and told us why we had come to his shop after not finding souvenirs anywhere else, we were appalled with the way he spoke to us as we were paying to stay and can look around wherever we want. The hotel spa staff were also rude as after we declined getting the hotel massage they started to be unfriendly they allowed giving bath towels for the pool and beaches to other families past the opening hours however when we went to get towels they refused and told us the time when it opens. There was discrimination and we were not happy with this. There were not many activities in the day and the night show started at 9:45pm sometimes 10pm which was very late for children and people would be leaving half way through. The cleaning staff in the restaurant were the most friendly and engaged in conversations which created a good environment. Overall it was a good stay due to the look of the hotel however the customer service of the staff needs to be improved to create a more friendly environment.

Rested from June 10 to June 20 (two pairs),I liked everything, the kitchen is gorgeous, the sea was warm and our beach is wonderful, rooms are quite good, drinks are different, but you need to ask what you want, there is almost everything. the staff is very friendly, of course, the maids a bit lazy, and the animation is "lame" and the rest all super!!!to the left of the hotel there is an Agency baba-tour - and there is a cool dude - Alex (aka Ali) for excursions in cheap and not cheating, and cards in Russian not worse than us))). If you are going to break from the soul - rest, and if every little thing is annoying, you do not need to.

Rested at the end of June,the week - to be honest I expected more! The beach is to go by bus 5 minutes to the beach Plate! Healthy! There is a little leg is not broken! The rooms are standard, Good!the food there is good!the alcohol goes,you can drink.the animation is lame!many Germans! The hotel is not for young people! Here the contingent is not particularly young!

Rested in July 2016 with the child. I was very pleased and want to thank the administration and staff member at Lake River Side for the warm welcome. Special thanks to sotrudnikam restaurant, Pooram (excellent food as the first, second and dessert). Special thanks to the waiters, very fast and quality work. The rooms comfortable, air conditioning works perfectly and the shower room has a great selection of cosmetics.

Was in the winter of 2013-2014. Was hit by an earthquake. I think even cracked the wall a bit. Okay-looking furniture, to the beach far. Beautiful lake with the ever-hungry ducks) the food is decent, even the children's entertainer was. On the beach there are many dogs in the hotel a lot of cats. In the summer, probably on the beach are always Packed...
