stayed at this hotel because earlier this year I had a great experience in another property of the same chain in Antalya. Unfortunately, the level of service here turned out to be very different.

The hotel is very small — essentially just a pool with loungers and then a public promenade and the beach. The atmosphere is heavily oriented toward German guests, mostly older couples, and this influences everything from entertainment to communication.

The biggest issue for me was the language barrier: most staff members speak only Turkish and German, with almost no English or Russian. Even simple requests became difficult, and sometimes the staff would avoid interaction once they realized I wasn’t a German speaker.

Food was another weak point. Breakfast is extremely limited and doesn’t feel like a 5-star standard at all. Lunch is slightly better, but still very basic. Only dinner resembles what you would expect from a hotel of this category. Drinks also vary greatly in quality depending on the bartender.

Evening entertainment is minimal: bingo, some live music (average quality), a short dance program until 23:00 and then everything stops, while neighboring hotels remain active much longer.

The building itself feels dated. The beds and mattresses seem new, but other furniture is worn out, and the TV looks like it’s from the early 2000s. Cleaning happens daily, but the quality varies; tipping didn’t noticeably improve it.

Overall, the hotel may suit someone who prefers a very quiet, mostly German-speaking environment. For me, the lack of English, weak breakfasts, and the generally tired state of the hotel were decisive disadvantages, and I would not return.

Fix the toilets, install locks on the doors! Is anyone interested in how children and women go to the toilet? Where is the management looking???
