I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Hatice, who was incredibly kind, understanding and supportive. She helped me a lot during my stay and always made sure I was comfortable. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference.
The entire team was also great friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. Overall, a lovely experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, great service, really nice food. Fresh local food and plenty of choice to chose from.
The staff at breakfast were so helpful and so welcoming, Specially Hatice, Aybuke and the chef Okan did a great job. I would definitely return again.

* Paid for breakfast on Expedia — hotel refused to honor it (very poor service) *
My stay at LaQuinta by Wyndham Istanbul has been disappointing due to how the hotel handled a basic booking issue and how I was treated at the reception desk.
When I booked through Expedia, I selected “Breakfast Included” and paid about $15 extra per day for that option. When I arrived, I showed the hotel manager and reception staff my proof/confirmation showing that I paid for breakfast, but they refused to accept it and would not provide the breakfast I had already paid for.
Whatever the problem was between Expedia and the hotel system, it should not become the guest’s loss. In my case, I did not receive the breakfast I paid for, and I was left feeling like I wasted the extra money.
To make it worse, the person at the reception desk was unprofessional and showed very poor customer service, instead of trying to solve the issue respectfully.
This morning a female manager spoke with me, and after I showed her everything again, she finally offered one day of breakfast, but labeled it as “FREE.” I did not like that approach, because I was not asking for free breakfast — I simply wanted the hotel to honor what I already paid for.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the way this was handled. Guests should not have to argue for something they clearly paid for, and the front desk should treat customers with respect and professionalism.

The food was delicious; the only issue was that the fridge wasn't working, but everything else was very good.

Very old with lots of mosquitoes. It seems like a big hotel, but the experience was not good.

Currently staying at La Quinta as part of a medical package. First impressions were that this hotel's location was utterly bizarre, miles away from anything & surrounded by grey industrial type buildings. However, after a little bit of investigation we found a metro station very close to the rear entrance of the hotel which makes getting around the city a doddle (& very cheap). If you're on a budget you can get the metro to Istanbul Mall where there are plenty of affordable restaurants in the food hall. There is also a small retail park about 500m away (turn right from the front of the hotel) with restaurants, coffee shops & a pharmacy.
We are staying b&b, the breakfast can be a bit repetitive but it's decent food. Special thanks here to the restaurant manager Hatice expertly assisted by Aybüke & Emirhan in the lobby bar, always smiling & happy to help, as are all the staff here. The rooms are ok, there's nothing that makes them stand out from the crowd but we've certainly stayed in worse. The mattresses are a little hard for our liking so if you're used to a soft bed then you may struggle a little. The cleaning crew do a fantastic job. I have to admit we are a bit messy but they have the room looking like a new pin every day.
Anyway, in summary, if you're wanting to step out of the hotel onto the city centre streets then it's not for you but if you don't mind experiencing the local public transport to get wherever you want to go then this hotel is certainly an option.

Oda temizliği güzel, kahvaltı süper personel ilgili teşekkürler.Fakat bazı eksi hususlar var klima sesli çalışıyor. Odadaki aydınlatma lambaları arızalı yanıp sönüyor. Otopark ücretsiz olması ve aracını kendin park etme seçeneği güzel. Otopark aydınlatması çok zayıf, asansör ile otopark a indiğinde, indiğin katta aydınlatma yok karanlıkta arabayı park ettiğim yeri bulmakta zorlandım. Otopark in bulunduğu katta atıl eşyalar olması da 5 yıldızlı otel için eksi bir görüntü. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. İş seyahati için tekrardan tercih edilebilir.

It's about a 40-minute drive from the new airport. The surrounding amenities are pretty basic, but the hotel itself has food, drinks, and even a barbershop. Breakfast options are limited, but the room size is good, and it offers decent value for money.
