Definitely beautiful view, nice staff.
Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, choices are few, not all vegetables are fresh, if you want machine coffee you pay extra. But not a bad one but can be better compared to other hotels.

Great hotel in an isolated location up the hill, if you’re looking for a peaceful place. The reception staff are very helpful especially Mohammed. The hotel is around 10 minutes away from the downtown by Taxi. The restaurant is okay, nothing fancy but has a great view.

We are staying for a week in a sea view room .. Rooms are very clean and the view is SPECTACULAR.. the team is very keen , helpful and polite .. breakfast is of vey good quality .. KOKSAL in the crew is highly polite and cheerful .. they have a very cute puppy 😍
My only comment is the need of a shuttle as the hotel is at a hill 😅

The hotel was decent and somewhat good…It was clean, and the service was very good. If you needed anything the staff were always welcoming and ready to help. However, I did face some issues with the hotel itself as well as its location.
First, the air conditioner made noise from time to time, and there was also noise near the bed, as if the sound was coming from the bed itself.
Second, the bathroom lighting was dim and yellowish, making it difficult to see myself clearly in the mirror. Additionally, there were no other mirrors in the room except for the bathroom mirror.
Another issue is that the hotel is located in a very high area…so walking up to it is very exhausting. Also, it is quite far from the Trabzon market (the main square), and you might need to take a taxi, which costs around 500 Turkish Lira (approximately 12 USD) to reach the nearest market…There are no supermarkets or shops nearby at all.
The restaurant located in the hotel was good but it wasn’t the best.

I spent my vacation at this incredible hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location was breathtaking — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and ideally situated for both relaxation and exploration. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make every moment enjoyable.
The suites were elegant, spacious, and spotless, offering both comfort and luxury. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. And the food? Simply outstanding — from breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.

Good location and friendly staff. Fantasies view to the sea

Our family of two couples booked two rooms here in June 2025. The property is built on a vantage point and split over 5 or 6 villas. Each villa has two apartments on each of the three floors; Ground, First, and second. The first floor ones are the best with a jacuzzi with a sea view and a decent sized balcony. The views are beautiful especially during the sunset hours. There is a huge hospital under construction which is visible down bellow but it is nearing completion. The apartments are clean and modern, the staff is friendly and the peerless coffee house is exceptional. Breakfast included with the room has live stations for eggs. The property is about 6 or 7 kilometers from the very busy Trabzone square and town centre. Which is lively, safe, and with lots of character. We asked the hotel to arrange a day tour to Uzungöl lakes and the Mercedes van with facing seats, with a driver, and the six hours trip only cost USD 110. What a steal. Enroute to Uzungol lake are the tea gardens and factories which you may want to visit too. Please note there are no elevators in the property
