The room was clean and well-organized, and the layout was very logical. The hotel has an underground parking lot, but getting in and out requires some skill. The front desk staff was very friendly. I was busy and forgot to take pictures. The hotel is relatively new, with a grand lobby and large rooms. The facilities, hygiene, and toiletries are all okay. However, the surrounding environment is average. There are restaurants and malls nearby, but it's a bit deserted. The price is slightly higher than the surrounding area.

Well maintained and clean business hotel. A bit far from the city but easily reachable to many attractions and restaurant areas in 20min commute. Very good quality amenities and friendly staff.

The room was really nice! The bathroom even had heating, which would be very comfortable in winter. The only downside was that this room type was only available on lower floors, so it didn't get much sunlight and the air circulation was a bit poor. It's super convenient to eat and shop right next to a shopping mall!! The front desk, concierge, and room service were all excellent!!

The room is clean, wide. The hotel provides the option of half board with dinner included. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style and are rich and varied. The hotel has its own parking lot. We used the indoor pool which we enjoyed.

The air conditioner doesn't work and the hotel just asked us to open the window. The bathroom needs further consideration as when we use the shower, water flow through the bathroom's door. Only a few staffs can speak English, which is not expected as this is Hilton. The breakfast is delicious and have high variety of food.

Room is tidy. Staff are friendly. Near industrial area where for convenient transportation for business traveller. A shopping mall nearby provides all the catering and entertaining needs.

Poor location amid an industrial area, difficult to access by public transport. Fixtures and fittings are tired and there’s little to do. Gym is ok at best and breakfast is good. Accessible from the metro station but a half hour walk away and there’s a bus stop within a ten minute walk.

Beautiful hotel with the best location in Eskişehir, the only thing I didn't like is that normally when I go to Hilton Hotels they welcome me in the room with fruits and chocolates and in this one they don't.

Although we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.

I'm a diamond customer und often travel with a dog. In this girl I got charged 50$ and didn't even receive a dogmat or a vessel for water and food. And I needed to provide the dog document for check-in. Please Hilton understand that customers don't want extra paperwork that no other hotel asks for.

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. You can go to Odun Pazarı and Sazova Park on a 30,40 minutes walk. There are a lot of groceries around the hotel. The parking area has many parking places. The room was spacious, clean, the wi-fi in the room was good. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of products.

I went in the winter during the covid pandemic. We were disappointed to find all the children's facilities out of order. I imagine Granos is much more fun during the summer when everything is functioning well.

Not all speak English, but there is also those who can and they offer their help. Aksaray is not city for tourist, but actually have around it interestesting places to visit; Cappadocia and Ihlara valley.

The hotel is definitely outdated, but the service is fantastic. They gave me a free room upgrade as well. Despite the other reviews about the breakfast, I found it to be great.

The breakfast was very good, but the wifi was not very good and was limited to two devices. I asked for a lighter when I checked in, which cost 60 lira, but when I checked out, I was told that I didn't need to pay and could use it for free.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Tunalı, and the rooms are spacious. The soundproofing between rooms is good, and breakfast is more than adequate. We have now been staying at Tzob hotel for over six weeks so consider we have experienced everything. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So pleasant and helpful and welcoming, especially the housekeeping staff and young girls at breakfast. My only complaint is the lack of a bath tub. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything was great, it should definitely be one of the hotels you first consider staying at.

Clean, centrally located. The air conditioning settings weren't working, but thankfully the reception helped with the central system. The bidet in the toilet was broken. I was surprised that they charged an extra 700 TL for the gym.

The staff were quite welcoming, but the decor was a bit dated, and the breakfast selection was limited.

It was an experience I was extremely pleased with.
