We love the room, hospitality of the staff and cleanliness. I requested for a corner room with king size bed when I booked in expedia.ca and I didnt not expect they will even read the request. We booked through the site and it gave us options to book other activities. We chose horse riding and it was fun! The workers are very friendly and there's a cute pug that hangs around there. We got the room with the jacuzzi, next time we may book a room with a view. Recommend it for a quiet and cozy experience.

I stayed in a twin room with a friend! The shower had good water pressure and hot water, the hair dryer had no problems with airflow, the location was good, and the free pick-up service for activities was also great. Fantastic Hotel! Stayed for 6 nights in a twin room on the first week of January 2023! The weather was cold but the hospitality was very, very warm! We stay a week in the cave room, was a greatest experience ever. The viewing is amazing we could see the balloon every day.

I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff were, particularly with carrying my luggage. The kitchen staff were also wonderful. I was just curious about the policy of not allowing guests to fall asleep on the sofa in the reception area while waiting for transport. It would be a nice option for guests who are tired.

Very nice cave hotel, located at a relatively high position, very convenient for watching hot air balloons. There is a travel service provider diagonally opposite. We booked our sunset horse riding and jeep there. In addition, chasing hot air balloons in a classic car is more interesting than flying in a hot air balloon. It is too romantic

This hotel is truly unexpected. It deserves to be on the list. Hahaha. The hotel provides breakfast, with noodles and fried eggs. Chinese people are very friendly. This is by far the best local gem we’ve founded as a family. 1st of all the Service from ALL staff is remarkable (especially Ebu), in a sense that you will get in a good mood. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hanci caves. The host Mustafa was brilliant and he made us feel very comfortable. He could get almost anything done- including last minute booking of jeep safari when our balloon ride got cancelled due to bad weather. The rooms were comfortable and unique. Definitely recommended

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff like Mustafa. It's unique layout makes it an interesting place to live. The breakfast is really nice with fresh salad, bread rolls, omelette, olives and jam. The airport is 50 mins drive. There are many nice restaurants on the same road.

Really nice hotel with pleasant rooms and general areas. Great, tasty food with multiple choices both for breakfast and dinner. You cannot ski-in ski-out but there is hotel shuttle continuously riding those few hundred metres to the other building on the slope where you have lockers for ski equipment.

My new favourite hotel in Eskisehir I had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay at the Merlot Hotel. It is very conveniently situated for the Cassaba complex, which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and even allowed me a late check out. It was my first time staying at the Merlot but it will not be my last!

Twin beds convert to the French bed but the receptionist didn't tell this detail. Also, my reservation price is 4180, 48 TRY but they received 4184, 42 I asked Mr. Umut who is the receptionist couldn't explain the difference. As a housekeeping wonderful but front office services were bad.

My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff personnel were excellent. My only complaints are minor: There was no way to control the heat in my room and many times it got too warm.
