I spend 5 nights in this hotel every thing was great

The hotel is nice clean and location was right what is wanted close to many foreign embassies where i came to renew my passport. The only downside is the smell of sewage in the isles of the hotel. To be honest the smell wasn’t in the room. Tge good thing is they have a window you can open and get fresh air. The carpet need replacing as it is so old. Breakfast was good 👍. Staff are so friendly.

Our room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was good. We stayed there during our visit for ski tourism. Having breakfast at the hotel saved us time compared to having breakfast out.

Room was too small even it is standard one. Sanitary equipments like shower set, closet cover as well as hair dryer should be renewed. They can not supply such old towels to the customers. Best one was the breakfast with good assortment and nice city view.

Absolutely loved it here! Staff were so nice and helpful with booking tours and transfers to and from the airport for us! They even assisted us in retrieving our bags after the airport misplaced them and helped us to communicate with the airport staff which I believe made a big difference in getting our bags back quicker! I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed. The parking space could be larger considering the area, but I still managed to find a space to park the car.

This is our 1st experience to stayed at Cave hotel. Everything is great here, room is nice & comfortable. Food and service is great. The view from restaurant there is beautiful. Swimming pool look nice with warm water. Parking at roadside no problem. The only comment is shower room will have water leaking due to water sinking is too slow.

But... the toilet was constantly running, making a little river to the drain with a little puddle in the middle. The toilet seat slid off very easily. Even though we didn't stay at the Azalea Terrace, we discovered the hotel through their dog Hector, whom we were kindly allowed to take along on our hikes. The room size matched the booking description, but it wasn't good value for money; it would have been better to stay at the Hilton hotel next door. I don't understand their cleaning practices.
