The room size matched the booking description, but it wasn't good value for money; it would have been better to stay at the Hilton hotel next door. I don't understand their cleaning practices. The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are colorful, in caves. In the evening the lights come on and the views become simply incredible. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very responsive. A good hotel with modern standard rooms. Complimentary water and crackers are provided in the room, along with tea and coffee. Good mattresses. Decent breakfast selection, but only instant coffee, not whole bean coffee. Not all the staff speak English. It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but driving is convenient. We have now been staying at Tzob hotel for over six weeks so consider we have experienced everything. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Everything was great, it should definitely be one of the hotels you first consider staying at.

Clean, centrally located. The air conditioning settings weren't working, but thankfully the reception helped with the central system. The bidet in the toilet was broken. I was surprised that they charged an extra 700 TL for the gym.

We were pleased with this low rise hotel. A large well appointed room and excellent hotel buffet. We would have liked to have used the pool but we were there out of pool season. It was about a 15 largely traffic free minute walk to cafes and supermarkets.
