Weird layout of room.Poorly lit with the mirror above the sink at chest level.Couldnt figure that out. Had to bend knees and stoop forward to use mirror .No Kleenex,one small roll toilet paper and the shower didn't work .The shower gel container did not dispense.

Came with tour for 2 nights. Room is small but clean. Bathroom extremely small, poorly equipped, thin, worn towels, shower looks dated and has some mold by the floor. No shelf for own soap, shampoo etc. No lotion, no iron. Also no housekeeping service on second day, nothing replaced (water, tea bags, towels). I would rated 3* and wouldn’t stay here on my own.

I came here to do the IELTS exam, but from what I have noticed, the hotel was clean and the staff helpful. The prices were 6500 TL for a single room, 7700 TL for double, and 9500 TL for a suite per night. It is in the cuty centre - in the very heart of it - a perfect location.

Location is within walking distance to everywhere. There is a parking lot. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is successful and delicious. Since the comments I read mentioned deficiencies such as towels, I wrote a request for completeness during the reservation. However, I encountered the same problem even though I checked in at 18:00. Our towels arrived after I called 2 times.

We booked two family suites. The rooms were spacious and clean, nevertheless, there was a huge drawback in the accommodation. The toilet couldn’t be locked and it had glass walls and door?!?!. Not at all convenient for a family. Not convenient for anybody in fact. It was located in the middle of the city, which was by default, busy and crowded. Location is great, room was also clean. You can see that it is an old hotel so the furniture etc could use an upgrade, especially the bathroom.

Rooms were clean, we did not had enough time to comment on the service but I guess that the service is also more than enough. The Gym and Pool services were great for my son to use, he even could use the gym hall in the evening. Spa, Gym and Pool is great in general. Lastly, the breakfast was okay but could be much more rich in regards with the variation of foods for breakfast.

Structure with great potential but instead shows signs of age. It would need a significant restyling to modernize both the rooms and the common areas. The buffet service needs to be reviewed, and not a little, little, little and limited choice in any course. Positioned far from the city center, it has, instead, in the vicinity, a shopping center.

Nice staffs, poor facilities The air conditioning was not functioning properly — the room was extremely hot and only started to cool down after about five hours. Additionally, the elevators had very long wait times. There are supermarkets and nice restaurants in the neighborhoods.

My stay at demora hotel Ankara was very pleasant, specially the staff were very kind and helpful, the room service and reception guys were so nice, among them the reception staff Tooba helped me so many times with issues I faced. I recommend and definitely will come back in the future.

Despite its central location, it's situated amidst adult entertainment venues. The room was nice.

The room, location, and staff were excellent. Parking was quite problematic. We were told there was no space in the covered car park, and street parking was very limited, with the neighboring business also causing issues. The valet was helpful, but it could be a problem if you're uncomfortable leaving your keys. Breakfast was good too.

It's in a weird part of the city surrendered either by housing or some low small businesses. If you walk or take the MRT a stop or two, you're in an area that's got food and other interesting things. Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

The service was good. They even gave us champagne. However, the water in the room's pool can only reach 24 degrees Celsius. I didn't use it during my entire stay. It was a waste.

Although this is a nice hotel, the location is not ideal, as it is far from tourist attractions. The view is not bad, but take note it is next to the freeway. Grand Cilei Hotel can offer a relatively good stay experience. The breakfast variety was nice, but there are a few points that could be improved: There was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Room facilities could be newer and cleaner. We stayed for a day. Everything was very nice. Super friendly staff. ALways helpful. Nice room. Good view. My daughter and I loved it. Especially the black-out blinds ))) Delicious food in the restaurant. And we LOVED and really appreciated that we had a chance for an early check-in. We only didn't like that we didn't get response to our question for two days before the check-in.

Although it was non-smoking room, at the time of entering the room, it smelled cigarette. The menu of breakfast is very basic. The hotel itself looks like very old.

I think the hotel rooms are clean and successful, the hotel staff is polite, I think the problem is that the breakfast service in the hotel is either at Panifica Cafe or there is an agreement between them and the hotel, the breakfast could be much more attentive, the service could be much better.

The room was clean and totally different than the usual hotel room, for a full immersion into the cappadocia journey. The staff was always ready whenever we needed. Also the breakfast in the hotel was full of local tasties delicacies, that we had with the amazing background of the cappadocia steppe and rocks.

Each room is different. We booked a room with a small balcony which was great. Room number 110. Able to see hot air balloons from the bed in the morning. Since it’s on a hill, the view is good. A few common sitting area with very traditional Turkish feel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast simple and nice. Definitely will recommend to friends who are coming.

The rooms were uncomfortably hot, and food service was very limited. When I requested breakfast in my room, I was told it was not possible. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms, which was inconvenient.
