A very welcoming hotel for family travel. Comfortable rooms and a delicious and comprehensive buffet breakfast. They even let us wait a couple of hours at reception until we were picked up and taken to the airport. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times, especially Ahmet, who invited us for tea to liven up the wait. I highly recommend it.

Romantic. Like being in one’s private, silent palace. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with. Rooms are all unique. Some have carved cave-like walls. Mine was airy and spacious. Breakfast diverse and extensive. The hotel is not lavish. Simplicity executed to perfection. The “feel” is local, and Turkish, and fabulously serene. Rumi would enjoy the zen of staying here.

Our Rick Steves tour group of 24 people spent three nights here in March 2026. My room was large, warm, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific and we had two group dinners here that were wonderful. The staff was highly attentive and hospitable.

Hello, the hotel is compact It has a small self-service and its breakfast is good, but the menu does not include any price in the refrigerator bar. Be careful not to get a hat on. We did not know and used it.

The location is wonderful, full of cafes and restaurants with a dynamic vibe. Our room was clean and quiet with an amazing view. staffs were helpful with fluent English. They helped us for PCR test since we were scared to go to a lab or hospital.. It was a memorable stay for me and my husband.

This hotel is so incredibly special and magical! The grounds are beautiful, even when we went in the middle of winter. The staff are SO kind, warm and friendly. We really enjoyed talking with them, especially Habip! I loved everything about this place. Highly recommended, the breakfast was also very good. Suitable for couples and friends. The room wasn't as damp or uncomfortable as I expected. I stayed for four days and still felt it was great. Suitable for those who rent a car and travel independently. I was so lucky to have booked such a good hotel.

We only ate in the restaurant. The food tasted great, service was perfect (but not much English), and very fast. For our light lunch we had tomato soup and green beans. The beans were surprisingly good. It came with a tasty salad and way more bread than we could eat.

This is a nice Hotel that is not located in a central location. However, we had a good experience, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the area was good, There are several restaurants and coffee places next to the hotel. It was a great place to spend the night on our road trip.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a great thermal pool. THAT IS ALL WE NEED! The only problem is location of the hotel which is approximately 20 min far from city center. If you have a car, that is not a big problem. Otherwise you should use public transportation or Taxi. In my idea it is worth staying in this hotel.

The most important thing is that you hear everything what your neighbours do even when they sleep) Besides, I skipped breakfast. I was amazed about the staff here. They were all exceptionally friendly and professional and we felt very comfortable. I would again come here. The breakfast is not amazing but good and diverse. Rooms were clean.

This is a very good place to stay in Goreme. Excellent location with nice big terrace for balloon watching. Plenty and easy parking if you have rental car. The rooms are not fancy but have good basic features. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Goreme.

Had a really wonderful stay at Olivia Cave Hotel. Room was very homely and spotless. Excellent hospitality and friendly staffs, sharing about the day and recommendation within Goreme whilst not being pushy about any of the tour packages unlike some hotels in Istanbul. Overall ok but with some clear missteps e.g. The floor under the bed hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Dust bunnies the size of hamsters.

In other circumstances I would have rated the hotel 5 stars because the location is amazing, the views stunning, the renovation of houses and bedrooms amazing, the staff at the restaurant extremely attentive and great BUT on the first of our 4 nights, out of 3 bedrooms (we had rented the Garden House) one had no heating at all and it was freezing in December and the other had no hot water in the bathroom...

Good hotel with no ac which wasn’t expected but one room got too hot to be in past sunrise. Did give free water though so that was a plus and it was right near the cave dwelings

Stunning hotel with impeccable accommodations and incredible lookouts all around. The best views in my opinion of all the hotels in town because you can see into pigeon valley and also look back at the town including Uchisar castle. Sumptuous breakfast on a lovely terrace. Oh and did I mention the lookout terrace from which you can see the balloons launching in the morning?

Spent 3 nights at Panoramic Cave Hotel in October. Indeed it has a panoramic view over the town and at night it was so beautiful ! We really enjoyed being there and the team made every effort to give us a good experience, they even changed one of our rooms to give us another bigger one.
