Our stay at Harem Cave Suites was truly one of the highlights of our Cappadocia trip. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff made us feel valued and well cared for throughout our entire stay.

The cave room experience was absolutely magical. The hotel perfectly blends authentic Cappadocian charm with modern comfort. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise from the terrace was simply breathtaking. The panoramic view is unforgettable and creates a once-in-a-lifetime atmosphere.

Breakfast was delicious and rich in variety, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Everything was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with care.

The hotel’s location in the heart of Göreme makes it very convenient to explore the area, yet it still feels peaceful and exclusive.

We highly recommend Harem Cave Suites to anyone visiting Cappadocia. It offers not just accommodation, but a complete experience. We would absolutely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Firstly, the staff were amazing and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make us happy and accommodate us. The presidential suite was very nice, the rooms are original caves from thousands if years ago.

Our stay at Harem was awesome. We were 2 families, both rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Jacuzzi was clean and whole stay was relaxing. Staff was very cooperative, especially Mr. Bugra Kel, he suggested us nice spots and helped us book cheap and top notch options for Turkish Hamam, ATV tour and hot air balloon.. as we had rental car with us, he went an extra mile and gave us a list of places that is must visit. Overall nice experience, will suggest our friends and relatives. Only suggestion is for breakfast, need more options like cereals / fruits / desserts…

We stayed four nights in September 2025 (Cave Room 102).

Positives:
• Great location with stunning valley views, close to Uçhisar Castle.
• Unique cave room, impressive at first sight.
• Tasty breakfast (try the omelette).
• Airport transfer available.

Negatives:
• Communication very difficult as staff spoke little English, especially at reception.
• Cave room felt damp, had a “stone” smell, loud ventilation until midnight, and small stones would fall off – barefoot walking unpleasant.
• Jacuzzi was dirty on arrival and later unusable again due to heavy dirt; no real solution offered.
• Shower overflowed; random disturbances at night (phone call, lights switching on, alarm).
• Compensation was just a fruit plate – not very thoughtful.

Conclusion:
Not a total disaster, but far from a smooth “5-star honeymoon” stay. Some issues may have been bad luck, others seem struc

Beautiful property, great customer service! Reception is always available to answer your questions! However as it is a cave it has some downside. Lots of rock residue in the air and falling from the ceiling- not very clean, couldn't walk without slippers ! Room was cleaned everyday but still couldn't walk without slippers. Spider webs spotted on ceiling and corners!
Location- 15 mins drive from gorem - quite Location.

This is a really bad hotel. At first, I stayed in a room on the top floor without air conditioning. After a day of exposure to the sun, it was very hot! The so-called air conditioning in the room only blew air but did not cool it, and it stopped every half an hour! I arrived at the hotel at two in the morning, and I was sleepy and hot, and I kept turning over like frying fish all night. In the morning, I asked the boss to check the air conditioning. The boss kept emphasizing that he had checked it and fixed it, but it was still the same. I asked to change rooms, and he said there were no air-conditioned rooms, but I could pay extra to change to an air-conditioned suite for $100 for two days, and I agreed. When I went downstairs to ask again, he said it was $100 a day! I was so hot and desperate that I bargained down to $150 for two days. As a result, he actually said that the suite was gone! He gave me an ordinary room! It's really evil! Avoid it!
