Excellent room, very clean, maid came when required. Food and drink as good as anywhere. 5 pools and kids and adult water parks

Perfect hotel for kids! Good good and a lot of choice. Hoge amount of swimming pools and Fun slides. Friendly People! Nice rooms! Private beach with good and drinks. They have a shuttle if you need but you can walk

Overall great experience with nice rooms and pools. There were a few minor things like some condensation water in the bathroom and a mediocre shower, but otherwise really good.

We rested at the hotel Dream Family Club 4* from 19 to 29 June. Close to Dream World Hill 5*, one owner, grounds are common, so you can use both (except restaurants a'la carte Dream World Hill)

The vouchers bought at a company of Siberia, the tour operator ANEX Tour. Airfare, airport-hotel, check in, everything quickly and accurately without delay

Only let down is staff seem to only speak German, although were very happy to have English guests

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, very polite staff, the manager took care of all our needs, we requested for a bigger room and next day we had it. Amazing entertainment at the pool and great food

I stayed here in 2019 and I'll be back! I loved everything! The grounds are large and beautiful, and the sea is right next to me! The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily! The food is delicious and varied, with a huge selection! A huge thank you to the animation team; they'll never let you get bored! There's something new and interesting every day! I recommend it to everyone!

I recently stayed at Club Hotel Anjeliq, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff

As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly

Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone...

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉)

Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best. The hotel and bar staff are excellent

Hotel location is perfect choice for people who loves to be in the city, a lot of bars and coffes around. The food looked quite appealing for the first few days, but it quickly became monotonous, especially at lunch

I’m here now 3rd time here room 7411 and not the last hotel is not the biggest or most glamorous but it’s outstanding in its own way ! Managers and all the hotel staff are absolutely outstanding! Rooms lovely clean beds comfortable cleaned daily clean towels daily

The beach is within 5 minutes walk or Hotel minibus will take you. Indoor pool , a spa solarium coffee shop incuded patisserie incuded ice cream incuded and obviously alcohol if you drink incuded

The food was outstanding with plenty of delicious options every day such as grilled beef, salmon and chicken, the chefs made effort to make the food delicious as I saw them check the food quality regularly

Jack guest relations got us a place at the Italian restaurant as we was on the waiting list! The only negative is the hair salon husband was well over charged for hair cut shave and face mask 80£

Ok please don't get this Hotel mistaken for other Ramada Hotels " we currently here and can honestly say its fabulous. Staff friendly helpful smiling. Food as good as our previous three cruises

Best place to stay and swim in Bodrum with friendly and hardworking staff. The only missing thing is that there is no wifi in rooms.

In September I stayed here with my parents and sisters. I arrived 1 week after my family, as soon as I turned up the staff were but exceptional from the moment I arrived to the time I left

Cold water and all beverages are available everywhere. The hotel staff is both friendly and very helpful. For food and the sea event, you go to Fame Beach hotel. It is probably 150 meters away from a green park

You can go there in 2 minutes. We have never gone to the pool because the sea is very clean and beautiful. Fame hotel has a 3-band slide. Go to the sea at 7 in the morning

visited this hotel September/October requested a ground floor room we were delighted with the room given it was like a bungalow just beside the pool and not to far from the dining room 3 pools to choose from 2 were relaxing the 3 rd for the energetic with several slides the food was very good buffet breakfast with a great selection to choose from the staff were very helpful and friendly rooms cleaned...

10-15 minute walk to centre but supermarket and restaurants closer than that. Water left in room daily and cooled water supplied in pool and bar areas. Reception very helpful with late checkout

Generally all of the staff is helpful and hardworking. The food is good with many choices. You get free drinks and snacks at 4 pools(3 outdoor and 1 indoors). Kids didn't want to come out especially the one with slides

We booked this hotel but we were ready for dissatisfaction because of negative reviews, but having stayed here we don't know what else people want from their holiday. we were rather pleasantly surprised

The hotel is clean every where. Arrived late but still offered the dinner and a room upgrade from a standard family room to 2 bedroom villa. The rooms are clean as cleaned every day

Entertainment area at night is great especially for kids but needs to add Islamic concepts since the hotel itself is Islamic. It could have been more better for example if they invite Islamic singers

Waking up to the sound of birdsong, starting the day with a healthy, fresh breakfast, then taking a walk or relaxing in the spa. This vacation was a blessing not only for my body but also for my soul

We used Basaranlar Termal as an overnight stay to break up a long drive, and wanted to try a Termal resort. We knew each villa had its own private thermal pool/hammam-like bathroom. Such a great treat for tired muscles

I haven't felt this way in a long time. The silence, the nature, the fresh air, and the meticulous attention to detail felt so good

I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to treat themselves

The actual villa is also heated thermally. We balanced with open windows to reach our temperature taste. but we did not see any AC which might be an issue in summer. Room was clean, average, comfortable

This was of no concern for us, but should be noted. We did not have time for any of the spa services. on the road again very quickly, refreshed. We think Basaranlar a lovely family resort

The shower had small leaks, and the overall condition of the room just felt run down. If you care about a fresh, clean environment, this isn't the place. Swimming Pool Issues: Another major letdown was the swimming pool

There were issues with humidity on the walls, signs of poor maintenance, and some of the equipment was really outdated—like a fridge that seemed well over a decade old and was actually leaking water

It was not well maintained at all. The water was murky, almost muddy-looking, and it didn't seem like it had been changed for a very long time
