Diamant Otel in Side

I stayed from September 13th to 16th. The hotel is located in the Side/Kumköy area of ​​Antalya. The location is nice, at the foot of the market, a 10-minute walk from the sea. The staff are attentive and kind. However, the hygiene is lacking (our room was clean), and the dining/drinking tables (the tables are in the garden and next to the pool, the setting is nice) are not cleaned properly. I don't think the staff are particularly clean either. While eating and drinking, I wondered if the glasses and plates were really clean. I had to deliberately pick my plate to get it clean. After getting my drink, I asked the staff for a tray, and they showed me where it was. They were all dirty and dusty, I asked if they were all clean, and he said they were just using it. Imagine the cleanliness. The hotel is mostly occupied by retired elderly Germans, and the area is pretty much the same. The sea is dirty and filthy. The hotel pool was clean but small. Overall, the staff are attentive, but the hygiene is lacking. The hotel serves mostly home-cooked meals, rice and chickpeas, and only extras like fish in the evenings. Everything is unlimited on the beach, you always have to eat with older people, and the sea is dirty. There's no entertainment.
