Great low cost hotel if you find yourself having to spend a night close to the SAW airport… they have a really spacious family size suite. They were also very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.

The service was good; the staff spoke Russian. The breakfast variety was commensurate with the hotel's standards. The rooms need major renovations. The mattresses are very hard. The pillows need replacing as all the filling has collapsed.

An excellent family hotel in the center of Istanbul for the price. It's close to good restaurants, all the sights, and public transportation. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. It has heating, which is important for a winter getaway. The breakfast was quite satisfying; there's a minimal selection to choose from.

The hotel is close to Sultanahmet station, the very center of Istanbul tourism, but tucked away in an alley, so traffic is not noisy. The facilities are a bit old, but well renovated and comfortable. There are many great sights and restaurants in the area, but many of them are a bit pricey. Above all, the reception staff was very attentive and helpful during our stay in Istanbul.

Eglish is main concern that non of customer care knows. You have to struggle to talk to them. Any repair not done immediately, we had hanging glass shelf not secured to keep our toiletries. Informed reception but till we left nothing was done. Room was very small. But location is good.

However, since it's an old island house, if you're sensitive to noise, you might be bothered by the sounds from upstairs and the entrance. I won't stay again. It's not good. The place is more of a restaurant than a hotel. The room is too close to the pool, and children playing in it can even splash water on the room door. It's definitely not a quiet place. The pool is very small, and the beach can be quite dirty depending on the current. In short, I won't stay again.
