Reviews
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we knew we had made the right choice. What began as a simple booking turned into one of the most heartwarming and memorable experiences of our entire trip to Turkey.
The service, especially from the two incredible receptionists Especially Ms. Ira was truly exceptional. They were not just professional, but deeply personable—taking the time to understand our needs, offering recommendations, and helping us navigate a foreign country with such kindness and care. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, whether it was assisting with transportation, guiding us on local attractions, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable. It felt more like being hosted by close friends than staying in a hotel.
The hotel itself was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, reflected attention to detail and pride in their space. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, providing a restful escape after long days of exploring.
The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The entire staff was consistently polite, warm, and incredibly helpful. You could feel how passionate they were about making every guest feel special and taken care of.
Looking back, staying at this hotel was hands down the best part of our journey through Turkey. The hospitality we received left a lasting impression on us, and we will absolutely be booking with them again on our next visit. This wasn't just a place to stay—it was an experience we will always treasure.
This hotel was a huge disappointment and did not match the description or photos online at all.
The room was extremely small, narrow, and impractical. Everything was dusty, dirty, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was filthy, the shower screen was broken, and the glass was covered in grime. Even the insect screen was torn. The balcony was tiny and dirty.
The air conditioning barely worked and couldn’t cool the room properly in the summer heat. The furniture was old and worn-out.
After the first night, we asked to cancel the remaining nights, but the hotel refused to refund any portion of the payment — not even for the unused nights. The staff simply told us, “If you don’t like it, that’s your problem.”
We were forced to find another hotel, which caused additional stress and unplanned expenses.
The only positive thing was the location — everything else was a major letdown.
I strongly advise others not to fall for the misleading presentation and to avoid this place.
