The location is perfect, on a quiet, cozy street, with a fantastic selection of restaurants just around the corner. The room is spotless and cleaned daily. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottles of water, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A second blanket was promptly brought upon request.
There's a safe and refrigerator in the room.
The breakfasts are delicious, everything fresh, a standard Turkish buffet (coffee, tea, potatoes, sausages, eggs, omelettes, salads, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and cereal). The covered veranda overlooks the Bosphorus and the sea. Right outside the window is a mosque; I love the call to prayer, but some people might be woken up early in the morning. Downstairs, there's a courtyard with a swing, tea, a water cooler, and a cute cat with kittens.
After checkout, you can leave your bags at the reception desk; the reception is open 24 hours; we were checked in right away at 5 AM.

I confess that I was worry to come as they did not come back to my emails for months, but once I arrived, I realised that it is a small hotel with a small staff, so it is understandable. I found it a nice and clean 3 stars hotel. While we had lots of suitcases we managed to fit everything in our room. I read reviews concerning the size of the room, but I would not. As you are in the heart of the city, you want to spend the majority of your stay outside and go to the hotel to rest. The breakfast buffet was nice and fresh. The staff was always very proactive and helpful. In Istanbul town centre there are too many places that are scamming tourists: low quality too expensive. Even so, this hotel was genuinely good value for money.

I am from Sweden and stayed in this hotel in Jul 2025. I booked the hotel online based on location. Inconvenience started as soon as we stepped inside. Very small narrow road and small door with 2-3 steps, getting luggage inside hotel was a task. Hotel staff was not welcoming and not at all supportive! May be because my booking was prepaid, he was least bothered in talking and supporting!
Rooms: very small rooms , either 2 ppl can live in the room or keep 2 luggages. AC starts to function after 15 mins of keeping it on! Bathrooms were clogged and water was not draining. Cleaning was poor. Breakfast was basic. Salad and fruits were not fresh! View in reality is old slum like and after it you see water at far! Lift is super small. I wanted to change the hotel in 30 mins of being there, but since it was prepaid.. i adjusted. There are many nice hotels nearby with better location and price and very nice trourist welcoming people!! This was my first trip with my kid to Istanbul and apart from this hotel every person we spoke to in city were so warm and nice! This hotel

Came here on a short holiday to Istanbul. When we were carrying our baggage to our rooms, the person at the desk was really helpful and helped us carry our baggage.
Our room was uniquely under the surface so during the hot temperature outside it was nice to be slightly cooler.
Unfortunately the room had some short-comings, there weren't enough towels, and some other things so we had to ask for those.
Another thing that was annoying was that the cleaner came into our room and cleaned things even when we put the Do Not Disturb sign, which was a bit annoying because we didn't like the idea of someone being in out room and doing things.
But the buffet room on the higher levels was great and had quite a lot of options but warning, do not try the juice! It tastes like chemicals and dishwashing liquid mixed together.
I also liked the little 'garden' outside the hotel which had cups and tea which you could make for yourself.
Unfortunately the smoking got annoying. But that's to be expected in Turkey.

I honestly cannot fault this little hotel hidden in the backstreets of Istanbul and just minutes walk away from the main town square and major landmarks, from the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff, the person at reception, jalil, ensured that we got our room as early as possible and not have to wait for the usual 2pm check in, we were checked in by 8am giving us plenty of time to relax and freshen up, although this is only a 3 star hotel the service is definitely nothing short of 5 stars, everything is literally minutes away on foot with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, I won’t be nitpicking of minor faults as I was aware this is only a small establishment, if you have a short stay in Istanbul is highly recommend this place and I know I’ll definitely be going there again on my next trip

Stayed here for a week. The room is very basic and clean. Very old fashioned. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Best locations to almost every where you wanted to see like the blue mosque, grand bazaar, hagia Sofia mosque and the big garden etc. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.
