Briefly about these 3 stars Cons: 1. The room has a 50x50 window, it is stuffy in the room 2. The air conditioner does not work at all 3. The drains in the bathroom and sinks are straight-through, i.e. if you do not flush the water a couple of times a day, the stench will be unbearable 4. There are no disposable sets, take toothbrushes and toothpaste with you 5. The door is on a slope, the opening sensor can beep endlessly until you press the door with all your might Pros: - The staff is generally adequate, there are Russian speakers - the breakfasts are quite decent - free Wi-Fi - a great place to just spend the night and walk around all day

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The beds were terrible to sleep in, and the pillows were just as bad I woke up every day with pain all over my body. There was no view, and not even a proper window you could open or look out of. The toilet seat was unstable and loose, and almost everything in the bathroom was falling apart. You could hear every sound and noise from the hallway and other rooms the room door wasn’t sealed properly, so you could hear everything. The bathroom didn’t even have a real door, just a sliding one that offered no privacy at all.

We were supposed to stay here for 7 days, but we ended up leaving after just 2 days because we couldn’t take it anymore. It was really upsetting to have to pay for the hotel, but we had no choice other than to move out due to the conditions. This was a very disappointing experience. The only decent part was the service from the staff, but that couldn’t make up for everything else. I would not recommend this place.

Just location good 👍 Hotel inside smelled like damp, the lobby and breakfast area were extremely dirty. There were bugs crawling on the floor. There was no hot water to take a shower always . The water was coming and going. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. This hotel not for Me

We had a terrible experience at Evsen hotel. The value for money was extremely poor – it was far too expensive for what was offered. The rooms were small and some items were broken. The only positive aspect was the front desk who help us to much ; He was truly delightful. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Again
