İ came to istanbul several times and always this amazing hotel be my only choice. The location is perfect amazing the center of the city and close to everything literally . All shopping centers, metro stations, bus stations , all the famous restaurants in turkey .

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and cozy. Everything worked well, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water.
The location was convenient, close to shops and transport. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.

I’m shocked by the inaccuracies in your response. It’s simply not true that your staff took action during the fire. My cousin was the one who initially put out the fire, and only afterward did the firefighters arrive to extinguish it completely. There was a camera in the hallway, and it can be easily checked who put out the fire first. This happened at 2 a.m. when the alarm woke us up, and your staff did nothing to help while we were left to handle the situation ourselves.
Our lives were in serious danger, and it was only through our actions that we managed to prevent bigger material damage and potentially save human lives. There was a couple on the floor above us, which was the top floor of the building, and the situation could have escalated even further.
It’s also misleading to claim that the fire had nothing to do with the water leak. We reported the leak several times throughout the day, but nothing was done to prevent this dangerous situation.
The accommodation you provided afterward doesn’t excuse the fact that your response to the fire was inadequate and unsafe. Trying to downplay what happened and denying your negligence is unacceptable. I stand by my original review.

Later that night, a fire actually started right where the leak was, and unbelievably, no staff took any action because my cousin had to put out the fire herself!
