A great hotel close to the airport. Located in an area that within 150 yards has around 50 or more restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We really like the hotel our flight in SAW was canceled and it was so convenient to find this hotel 10 mins from the airport at 12 am , we had a smooth and fast late check in the persian staff at the reception was so responsive and considerate thank you for your understanding. Very good hotel on the hole. The only downside I could think of is there was no option to add breakfast when booking. In the hotel they charge you €15 per person per day for breakfast but this is advertised as €15 per person (not per day).

A reasonable hotel with a fantastic view from the breakfast lounge. The location is convenient, with metro stations just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. However, the noise from the nearby city road can be a bit much for light sleepers.

It was pretty good overall but the biggest thing was the smoke smell. Turkey itself smells like smoke everywhere so if you don't like smoking, good luck. People were smoking in rooms and setting off the fire alarm repeatedly. Even the kitchen staff was smoking and the Smoke was coming through the kitchen into the sitting area

I have been coming to Istanbul for 30 years. The Erboy hotel is my favorite. The rooms are quiet, clean and have adequate space. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is delicious and has many dishes to choose from. The location is excellent. I just hope you all don’t book this hotel up so I can’t get a reservation here next time. 😀

The complimentary water provided was reduced to a small 330ml bottle on the second day, and there were an overwhelming number of mirrors in the room, which felt quite distracting.

Rooms are very small, dirty, very old, I found mold at some corners, small black worms at the shower, bug on the bed, stain on towels and sheets, when I told the housekeeper she replied rudely that it is not their problem! I hope they fix their issues so as to avoid disappointing other tourists. Staff never have any courtesy towards tourists.

We had a very good stay. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I want to thank Yusuf specifically for his help. Also the staff at the gym/pool both were fantastic, the had a very warm attitude and were very helpful. Also the beds were super comfortable. Only negative feedback is about the kitchen staff, who were not very helpful.

Great location – right next to the T1 tram stop, everything is convenient and within walking distance. Good breakfasts and friendly reception.
