Booked for a friend, went there to visit him and met him at the reception complaining, his room was changed 4 times on one night.

Small changes can be done which makes huge difference, such as breakfast, tea and coffee products in room (no milk provided).

The staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. The only issue is when booking the UBER, the location sucks and drivers cannot stop at the main road right by the entrance door. They had to stop farther.

Staff were very courteous and the room was clean and spacious enough for two. Not very many food options on site but in walking distance to a lot of options. Keep in mind that the standard room does not have a window. I did have to pay extra for a room with a window during check-in.

Nice relaxing spa resort although a bit pricey by Turkish standards . To book a room is pretty expensive although once you’re there the restaurants and treatments are more affordable. The hotel is at an amazing location meters away from the metro station and from all main sights.
