I had a great stay at this hotel! The place is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, which made my experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I visited on my return from Germany,It was a very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful.They helped with the price, the hotel's location is right in the center of Uskudar.

The housing is located on an old street, surrounded by special local restaurants and cafes. The room is not big, it has everything it needs, it is clean and the toilet is new. We went in August, which is the peak season, and the price was higher, but considering this month and location, the overall price/performance ratio was pretty good. There is no problem for two adults in the double bed room. If you add a child, it is okay to sleep sideways. Mineral water, sparkling water, and cola in the room refrigerator are free, which is rare in B&Bs. .

I recently visited Istanbul and stayed at this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. The experience was excellent. The hotel was impeccably clean, centrally located, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

The overall experience was enjoyable. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of services available in the surrounding area.
However, my friend and I had to share the room at this hotel, and it was quite small for the two of us. Additionally, the bathroom had a sliding door that didn't provide much soundproofing.
We had hoped to have single beds, but unfortunately, they didn't offer that option.
Next time, I would definitely book a room for myself only! :)
Furthermore, it was unfortunate that the morning staff at the hotel couldn't communicate in English. However, the evening staff was a multilingual and very kind.
One thing that really bothered me was the presence of a security camera on our terrace, which was not communicated to us. I noticed it one evening while I was smoking there, and I would not have chosen this room if I had known that my privacy would be compromised.
The lack of information or signage regarding the camera is not acceptable and may even be illegal.
I recommend that the hotel management inform their guests about the presence of the security camera on the terrace, even if it is for security reasons to prevent unauthorized access.
This would help guests understand and respect the boundaries of their private space and ensure that their expectations align with the hotel's security measures.

Stayed here for a couple of days at Christmas time. I did not expect for the staff to be so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room design was practical, comfortable and incredibly clean. I booked this hotel very last minute as a result of issues with my travel. I did not expect it to be so nice, it's a shame I could not stay longer due to it being fully booked on new years. The staff welcomed me as their guest and helped me feel better when I was worried about my travel. Will surely be coming again in the future!

Very high and unique management, service, hygienic and practical detailed accommodation standards. Can be rarely found even in brand hotels nowadays. Would be more than happy to do it again. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in Istambul. Rooms are clean, beds are big and comforable at the same time. Also, staff is really helpful and nice to guests. Theres one huge advantage - smell, everything including the entrance smells really good. During summer AC is a must have and this hotel have really good working AC. Prices comparing to quality are fair. We had stayed in other hotels during our holidays but nothing compares to quality of Kassimo Otel. We will definitely stay at this place next time! I really recommend this place! Çok teşekkürler :)
