One day we extended the hotel 2 weeks in advance and we reminded them many times every day but the staff downstairs did worse than kicking us out, and said you didn't make a reservation/extension, slandered and lied many times, when he couldn't resist my stubbornness he forced us to extend it one day.
This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the hotel I come to every year and stay at 2-3 times a year, I'm starting to miss the old staff with a candle.
Everything in the minibar was free, now even bottled water has become a fee.
The staff on the 6th floor at the breakfast place didn't even put cups on our heads, they were doing their jobs by force.
Breakfast was perfect view was perfect.
Definitely recommended.
