First of all, I would say, this hotel is wonderful. The reception was very kind and helpful. Welcoming and warm, also allowing us to leave our luggage whilst we roamed around, even allowed us to wait at the lobby while waiting for our transport to the airport. Istanbul's hospitality at its best. The breakfast view was beautiful, you can see everything, Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Bosphorus, and Galata Tower. The room was spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. Otherwise, just try it out. Heads up, please walk down from Taksim Square, avoid climbing up from Tophane station, with or without luggage, very steep hill. 🤣

Overall good experience. Guys at the reception were really helpful. Breakfast was average with staff needing more training on how to deal with customers.

The service was very good and actually much better than the service at the expensive hotel across the street where my friends were staying. The breakfast and restaurant area on the top floor have a view which has to be one of the best in Istanbul. My room was small, but not enough. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure great. My only complaint is since the room was on the first floor behind the reception. It was a little bit noisy, especially in the morning when alarms started going off people were checking out, this may be specific to my room and one next to it though .

The reception so friendly and they speak English very good . The laundry services near the hotel and the hotel can take your laundry. But the breakfast so simple.

We go home with mixed feelings. The staff is lovely. The location is great. The view from breakfast is great. But the hotel is very loud. The first floor is the loudest we have had in our entire life. Second floor also still has almost all noises. The fifth and highest floor is below the restaurant so also very loud. The hotel is right next to a small but busy street. Every morning the garbage truck comes.

Highlight is the beautiful views for breakfast on the rooftop restaurant. Rooms were clean, staff were super friendly, location is ideal to get to the tram and near to the galata port mall/walkway. Would recommend to friends and family!

I stayed at this hotel, it's very hard to walk up to the hotel, the room itself is 5 out of 10, the hotel is tired, needs better cleaning, the breakfast is delicious, the staff was also normal

Decent stay. No elevator here so if you’re getting terrace rooms 07 or 08, be ready for a good climb.

Amazing breakfast and owner provides quality breakfast service. Tucked in behind the Main Street it is a hidden gem you need to check out for a quality Turkish breakfast! Thank you guys for welcoming this foreigner

The atmosphere of the hotel and the room was different from what we imagined and it was quite small and the appearance was not as clean as the photo

Amazing location in Kuloglu. The room was unique and clean. A cafe recently opened next door making delicious drinks and serving tasty ice cream - recommend you try it! Staff friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

This place is absolutely awful. Poorly maintained. The bathroom is extremely badly fitted. There is no light switch beside the bed, you need to get up from bed to switch off the light. The whole place smells of sewage. The owner is barely there and not very nice. This place is to be avoided. It is very cheap, understandably. I did not want to try breakfast. Starbucks on Istiklal Caddesi provided an alternative.
