They cancelled reservation 2 days before our trip. The reason they said was that the hotel is closed during those days we made our reservation for. They said we should make another reservation to some other hotel of theirs. Then the story changed that the hotel will be forever closed and the workers of the hotel are losing their jobs etc.
But we found out their hotel was fully booked in Booking.
So I can’t really recommend them.

Had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! The breakfast every morning was delightful. They staff made us feel right at home, bringing us tea every time we returned to the hotel after walking around in the cold. They made sure we knew how to get around using the metro and other forms of transport. Omar ( spelling might be different) was very friendly and walked us all the way to the subway/metro station in the snow to make sure we arrived safely. Great value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredibly comfortable beds housed in rooms adequately spaced for the incredible position of this hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and perfectly dense to keep you fed while visiting all of the objectives which are a few minutes away. Also, the staff is absolutely lovely, helpful and amazing!

Bunch of scammers under one umbrella, if you want to be scammed, this is the place to visit, the stole from us 2000 dollars and because we didn't have time to file a case, police were unable to help us out.

Love the location, very clean for a Budget Hotel,part from one Staff member and the worst Breakfast of any Hotel I ever stayed in, the rooms very small,bit noisy from the seagalls, Shower is very slippery from gloss tiles,hair dryer was out of order and given another hand held one, sewage stench was filling the shwer room.

Helful and friendly staff . Good location - near metro station, tram stop, also few good restoraunts very close to hotel. The hotel has spa center , but I didn't used it. Delicious breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage and have a tranfer to the airport
