Stayed for two nights, bed is rock hard and uncomfortable and the duvet is too small, you have to choose between cold shoulders or cold feet. Arranged for the hotel to book us a taxi as leaving for airport at 4.30., tells us it’ll be 1600 lira (equivalent of £27). Get in the taxi, check he takes card and he takes cash only. Taxi driver speaks no English so can’t even work out if we’ve paid or not. Phones the hotel and not paid, so stops at cash point for us. Price is now equivalent of £50 so phones hotel, who tells us a yellow taxi is 1600 lira not what we have. Also taxi stinks of fags.

The hotel was in bad condition. Lots of broken things and ripped towels and old furniture.

The hotel is a little tired, but this is compensated by excellent service and a great location.

Excellent hotel! The location is within walking distance of everything (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, and the Blue Mosque). The breakfast was simply wonderful! We ate and went, and in the morning we were the first to enter all the sights without waiting in line! The hotel is clean, cleaned every day, and there's a kettle, drinking water, tea, and coffee—everything you need! We were given a room with a balcony and a sea view, and we watched the sunrise every day. The staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient for those who don't speak English. We were very satisfied!

The hotel environment is warm, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it is very quiet. The transportation is convenient. The housekeeper Susie visited me again and said that I was very satisfied with my stay. I will come again next time!

Lovely breakfasts, nice clean and quiet rooms, warm shower, comfortable beds and all the amenities in the heart of the Fatih district near to the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque and many shops and restaurants. Helpful staff went out of their way to make our trip special.

Simply fantastic. The manager Cihan is a credit to the hotel. He is really well supported by the team around him and very clearly works closely with Ayub the owner. The ladies in the kitchen were simply delightful. They also do the housekeeping keeping. The food the cooked for breakfast was simply delicious. Fresh ingredients every day. I saw the manager collect the bread each morning from the local bakery. The visit was a school visit and all the staff including the owner who FaceTimed his family whilst the children performed. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! The staff is fantastic! The room is clean, and they change the sheets and towels regularly. Delicious breakfasts. The location is perfect. I recommend it to everyone. ❤️

There is no sound insulation, when a neighbor slams the door, not only the neighbors in the room but also the floors below can be heard (((if you want to stay awake until the morning, then this is the hotel for you)
